At first glance, it looked a little shady. There is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage it may be difficult to lug them all up the stairs. Although the hotel staff will help you carry the luggage. It was very good value for money but I wouldn't stay here for more than one night. The bathroom had an inconvenient shower situation where there wasn't actually enough space to shower.

It was clean and in a convenient location. So getting a taxi or a grab car to the airport was very easy. It was only 8 minutes away from the airport by car. It was very good value for money. And the staff was always available to assist with anything. If you wanna make a quick getaway to the airport this place will definitely serve the purpose.

Not really a dislike but we stayed on the third floor and had to carry our own luggage up the staircase. Not a problem for us but with no elevator, for some people with large loads it could be an issue.

It is conveniently located near the airport. The room was clean and actually more cozy then what I was expecting. We stayed here the night before we had to fly out the next morning and a taxi was arranged for us take us to the airport.

Stains on the walls, not that many options for food around the area, busy area.

Location is not very quiet and could have used a bit more hot water in the shower

Glad to have airport pick up, just had to communicate via WhatsApp once I got my bag. Room was fine, although I ran out of hot water a few minutes into my shower. Highway outside was a bit noisy, bring earplugs. Loved the breakfast (made to order, arranged via translation app with the nice girl at the front desk in the morning).

I think the location is conveniently near the airport, there wasn't really much variety in terms of finding food but that's okay.

Very friendly staff, well equipped room with double windows which made it a bit more quiet since it's next to the highway. Easy and convinient transport to the airport.

Not the closest hotel to the airport, a taxi/airport shuttle is needed as it's about an hour walk.

Staff helped carry suitcases upstairs, as there is no lift. Airport shuttle is handy as grab isn't very good round there. Room was great for the price.

near to the airport this can be your stop if you have an early flight to catch, room has hot geyser water and if requested kettle can be provided for warming the water. It's a basic room but does the job.

Got in very late but reception carried our bags up and we got settled quickly. Breakfast was tea and pho. Wonderful. Very helpful staff. Only downside is that GPS doesn't work as it sits on a parallel road to the main road and they are the same name. Taxi wouldn't get us there because it wasn't far enough. Not a big fare. We paid extra to take us. The hotel itself was a great value and close to the airport. 5 minutes out. Hotel staff got a taxi to get us to the airport in the morning. Very helpful

The bathroom was very tiny with nothing separating the shower head from the actual toilet area. Not much in the way of sound proofing, we heard people speaking loudly down at the reception area even though we were two floors above.

Close to the airport, convenient before an early AM departing flight. Easy check in with good wifi.
