The service was excellent, check in/out process were fast, we could rent the transportation from/to Airport by the hotel. Location was superb..walkable to the night market and beer street. The room were clean.

Everything was wonderful.

We stayed four nights at this charming boutique hotel. It is located within the Old Quarter which seemed at first more frenetic than charming but the Allure Hotel was a peaceful oasis and the quarter became more manageable with passing days. The breakfast was excellent and the staff could not have been more delightful or attentive. An excellent stay! A special thank you to Sam and Wendy at Reception for going above and beyond in helping me with another hotel's reservation and to Lan at the breakfast buffet for welcoming us each morning with a smile and teaching me my first words in Vietnamese!

The breakfast room was quite small and in the basement! There was some 'clubbing' music into the early hours, but most hotels would probably hear this

The hotel was in the perfect location! The staff went over and above to help us when needed and always greeted us when we came back! Special thanks to Wendy! We only had breakfast once on our stay and there was nothing wrong with this, small room that’s all.

I have no complaints, this place was worth the stay!

The property was very clean and one of the best locations to stay in Hanoi! It was quiet at night to sleep well! The staff and front desk were also very accommodating and friendly! They even have a travel consultant for last minute trip planning. The breakfast there was also very nice that was buffet style and starts 630am before your morning travel starts for adventures. When visiting Hanoi I will always plan to come back to stay here!

Beautifully decorated hotel in a great location in the old quarter in Hà Nội. Bed was huge and very comfortable. All of the staff were very kind and attentive. Special thank you for Justin who assisted us with check in and had some great recommendations for local restaurants. Would recommend to everyone to stay here to visit Hà Nội!

Breakfast menu can be better but still ok. Only 1 thing I am unhappy about is the airport transfer. The driver drop us at the domestic airport instead of the international airport terminal. We have to transfer to the international airport upon entering the terminal. This will cause a lot of issues if we have a lot of luggage. We clearly state we are going to the international airport when booking.

Hotel is clean and located in a convenient place without the noise from the beer street. A big shoutout to the hotel reception staff especially Wendy who is very helpful.
