The rooms are a little bit small, but they have everything you need

My room on the 5th floor had a spacious balcony. I really liked that because it was unexpected (not the fact it would have a balcony because u booked it for the balcony, but how nice the balcony was going to be). The location is excellent, it's right in the middle of the old quarter, nothing is more than a few minutes walking away. But the best thing about this hotel is definitely - the couple of people working the reception during our stay are some of the most helpful receptionists I have ever encountered. They give you shopping tips, call tour agents for you, arrange laundry service, ask about your experiences, etc. really nice and helpful people, and I would love to stay in the hotel again for that alone. Value for money is also great.

- Located in the heart of old quarter. Close to many attractions in Hanoi such as Hoan Giem lake, week end market, bus 86 stop from & to Noi Bai airport, Sapa Express bus office, St. Joseph Cathedral. - Very clean room. - Very good breakfast. - Nice and polite staff. - Reasonable price.

Only 2 small negatives - the lighting in the room wasn't great. No lamps. Only overhead light. And the bathroom lighting was very low. Also, the shower curtain did nothing to keep water in the tub. The bathroom floor was flooded after each shower. Even when trying really hard not to. But these are small complaints, compared to how much we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was great!! Very considerate and helpful. Location is also very good. Everything you need or want is a stone's throw away. Tones of restaurants and shopping! Breakfast was good. There is a buffet and menu options. Rooftop bar was cozy. Our room was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. It was a nice place to stay.

There's a rooftop bar and restaurant on the 8th floor and there is the occasional noise of furniture being moved across the floor. Also patrons tend to gather just outside our room on the 7th floor waiting for the lift so you can hear the talk and chatter. Luckily the bar doesn't play any loud music. At sleeping time everything is quiet. If you want a truly quiet Family Room at all times of the day, go for the one on the 6th floor.

This hotel is very well located in the Old Quarter and very near Hoan Kiem lake. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. I took the Family Room with Lake View and its located towards the back of the hotel and on the 7th floor (there's another on the 6th floor). Room was a decent size and clean. Beds were medium firm and comfortable. Wifi in room was ok. The staff were also friendly and accommodating (here's a shout-out to Swan and Tommy). The room came with breakfast and there was a reasonable selection, including items that are made to order (their beef pho was quite good). Would definitely stay here again.

The fridge was on but didn't work, the bath leaked. And the view out of the sliding door was horrid. The sky bar prices were stupidly expensive !!! The highest we come across for cocktails so far

We didn't have a view from our room unfortunately only a window over an atrium. The cleaning was a little loud when we arrived which could be disruptive if you are jet lagged and needing sleep in the day but otherwise it was very quiet.

The staff here were very nice and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We had a very nice mango smoothie at the Skybar which offers great panoramic view of the city and is located up some stairs at the top floor.

Very great hotel!! Everything is very clean. The staff was very very friendly and help you with everything you need. They message you via message and whatever you want, they assist you with. The beds were very comfortable. The room amazing view to the lake. The location of the hotel is great, very close by to everything you need. You can book the trip directly with the hotel for a very cheap price. And the breakfast buffet was amazing, so so tasty.
