The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Among others, they helped us getting a Grab and offered to store our luggage (even though we checked out two days earlier as we went to Ha Long Bay). The location is great with lots of options for food and activities around. The room was clean and comfy.

The property was taken care well. Kelly is such a nice host. She suggested places to visit and arranged the day trips to halong bay and ninh Binh. The location of the property is perfect for those who likes to stay close to Beer street. The room provided was very neat and nicely maintained. Though situated close to beer street, once you hit the room no noise were heard from out. Definitely going to stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights in March 2024. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was good and powerful. The water pressure was strong. The room has a dedicated hot water line, so we never had to worry about running out of hot water or having to wait for the water to get hot enough to take a shower or bath. I really wanted a bathroom with a bathtub and was not disappointed here. The rain shower was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of the old town and is roughly of equal distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Dong Xuan market. It is just 50 meters from Ta Hien beer street, but it is far enough that the noises from late parties won't keep you up all night. All these positive aspects of the hotel and yet, the best aspect is the service for us. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. As usual, you will need to insert the key to turn the AC and power on. However, we arrived to a very cool room as the staff had already turned on the AC before we arrived to make sure that we didn't come into a warm room, which is important as mosquitoes is a huge problem in the North of Vietnam at this time. We asked for some local food recommendations and were not disappointed. We got room 301 and would highly recommend it. It has a floor to ceiling window that sort of wraps around the corner of the building a little. This corner of the room overlooks both Đào Duy Từ Street and the intersection of Lương Ngọc Quyến and Tạ Hiện. There is a small love seat for you to sit and watch the streets without having to stay outside. I highly recommend it

The old quarter where the hotel was located was a very noisy street which was quite chaotic in the evening and weekends.

From check-in to check-out, the staff, led by manager Kelly, were incredibly attentive, making my stay enjoyable. Located in the vibrant old quarter close to numerous dining and nightlife options, the hotel provided a pleasant retreat at night despite the bustling surroundings. The room was clean with efficient air conditioning and a secure safe. The high water pressure in the walk-in shower, even on the 5th floor, was a pleasant surprise. Chosen after careful research for its prime location and value, this hotel offered a comfortable stay at a reasonable price, making it a top pick for my next visit to Hanoi's Old Quarter.

There was a cold spell in Hanoi where the temperature dropped below 10C at night, and there is no heating available. Definitely a double blanket situation. Our room at the back of the building was good as far as noise is concerned, but I could imagine if you were at the front it could be loud - it's right beside Beer Street.

Lovely woman runs this place and helped us coordinate things we needed around Hanoi like transport and tours. Room was great for what we paid, in about the most central place to access the highlights of Hanoi. Shower was hot for the entire shower (a rarity in our travels) and had good pressure.

Location in the Old Town is excellent. Warm and pleasant room with everything we needed. Plenty of very hot water. During our cold January stay, this place was perfect and we rebooked on our return to the city after visits elsewhere.

The lady at the reception desk was really friendly and cooperative. She gave me an early check in and an upgrade to balcony room! Overall the location of the restutant was just perfect. O2 Club is just close by as well as beer street. For culture enthusiasts, all the major sites in Hanoi are just 15-30 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended

Location was brilliant, right in the heart of Old Quarter. The room was lovely, modern and very clean, I thought it may be small due to the size of the building but it was actually quite spacious! The lady on reception at check in was fantastic, she had moved us to the family room as the room was larger and quieter - at no extra cost.The young man on reception the next day also very helpful and made sure we got in our taxi, helped with bags etc. So pleased with the quality of room and service, especially for the price we paid it seems almost unbelievable.

The breakfast was very good and huge (buffet) but not in this hotel : You have to ask to Kelly to drive you by motobike to an other facility to get the breakfast. Anyway it's just 2min by motobike and 8-10min walking

Amazing balcony on the 4th floor overlooking lots of action. Literal steps from nightlife. Elevator, clean room, and very comfortable bed. The manager and evening attendant were so kind. It is a lively city street... It is quiet and well insulated given the location, you still hear a bit of overnight noise but not too much to bother me. Overall, loved it.
