The only thing that was too much for me was the very long stairs, 4 stairs to go to the fourth floor where my room was. Each stair has over 15 steps to walk on up. That was the only issue I had. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and easy to find when I go out.

The location is in the old quarter but it is on a meat street, where they prepare and cut the meat/fish. We also found it hard to request grab cars to this location but grab bikes were very easy.

The owner was so so lovely. He was very helpful and kind, gave us a lot of attention. The room is clean and AC works very well. Very very good value for money for our stay at Hanoi!

Mr Tien from the front desk is the nicest guy we ever met during our trip! He’s so happy and helpful 24/7. The rooms were really nice as well. Very clean and spacious with nice bathroom! The location is perfect as well. We booked this place again for when we come back here.

For the price we paid, this stay with outstanding. The owner was so attentive and kind. He allowed us to check in at 4am and also was there to help us check out at 6am. He was very hard working and welcoming. The room itself was clean, comfortable and was of a very good size. The location was very good iswell in the heart of old quarter. This was a real find and would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Hanoi. Thank you

We liked the location and it was a very authentic experience with the local viatnamese food market outside and many places to eat nearby. Best of this accomodation is the host Thien, who Will help with requests and always in a good mood and overall good vibes. When We asked for something, they gladly helped. He also helped us book limousine bus for a pretty good Price.

Great location, air con works well, comfortable bed, but the best about the place is the host Thien. Nice, kind, and always smiling, we booked Ha Long cruise and transport to Sa Pa with him at a really good price. Each time we slept in Hanoi we came back here (3 times). I recommend.

First the owners are really sweet and reactive if you have an issue (no more electricity in my room, solved in few minutes). I also got upgrade to a bigger room which was a really nice attention. The AC in the room was working perfectly and the bed was comfortable

By arrival there should be better to describe a taxi pick up/down point because if you come with big luggage from the wrong direction of the street, it is not pleasant. Booking didn't show that there are different rooms: I just added a single room with same photo and it was a very low high. Windows were very little. Air conditioner some old. Tap water smelled a bit. No elevator.

However booking offered me probably a wrong room, the host was very flexible to change the room. The host was always very happy and welcoming, very helpful about everything. We felt ourselves safe.

Perfect location in the heart of the old quarter. Tien is the perfect host, helped me organise the trips to 3 tours & all went wonderfully well. Rooms are very clean, good size, showers perfect with good hot waster & with pressure. All in all I stayed 7 days & loved the welcoming feeling of this wonderful hotel.

The best thing about this place was the warmth and exuberance that the staff at the front desk greeted us with every day. I also found the location intriguing because unlike some areas of Old Quarter, the street food and market items were geared toward locals rather than tourists.

The Staff at Hanoi Boutique House were incredible, the owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and very helpful. He helped us get settled in quickly and was also very reliable for booking transportation and giving tips for what to do in Hanoi. He also recommended to us his tour group for Ha Giang Loop (we went with the 4 days 3 night option) and it was truly a once in a lifetime experience, we have stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend it. The owner Tiến is a breath of fresh air and is definitely one of the kindest people you will meet on your travels! The rooms were good quality and get the job done for a short stay in Hanoi, clean with good air conditioning, no reason for complaint. Would definitely recommend! - also would definitely recommend his Ha Giang Tour Group - Ha Giang Majestic Tours.

Perfect location in old quarter not far from anything we wanted to visit and really well priced for the city. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Staff were so so friendly, really welcomed you every time you saw them and always happy to help. Gave us advice on when to visit train street and helped us get to the airport for our departure for a good price.

Great Location, Great value for your money & Amazing host! I came back here after a couple of days In Sa Pa. I was not feeling well when I got back but Mr. Tien was really helpful offered fruits and medicine. This place felt like home. I got the same room. Comfy bed, shower works and WiFi was okay. Coffee and tea available at the lobby.

Host : Mr. Tien is the most nice person I met during my trip. He is always at the lobby or one message away to answer my questions about bus tickets, restaurant recommendations and he even made sure I got the best Ninh Binh day trip. Hanoi Boutique House is a great place, great location and great value for your money. WiFi was okay. Located in the wet market which is a bonus because you can buy fresh fruits. Room was clean, Shower was okay. Coffee and tea available at the lobby.
