The mattress is quite hard. But other than that everything is good!

Location is convenient, we didnt have to take any grab. Just explore and walk around. Staff is friendly too and helpful. Very worth the price. There is also a small gym for short workout.

The colours and decoration were very pretty, they worked to make a warm and cosy atmosphere and my favourite part is the cool bowl style sink! Now most importantly is the amazing staff that are so helpful and welcoming. Kevin I need to talk about, he was so happy to help me and was so helpful! Very kind and thoughtful and funny!! had a great talk with him :)

I highly recommend this cute hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi. It is in the center of the old quarter, with walking distance to restaurants, stores, attractions, coffee stops, etc. but is on the quiet street away from the Main Street. The service is super friendly and the hotel is super clean. I like hotels that have have character and this hotel definitely has it with the cute Vietnamese flowers decor tiles and sink, cute wall colours, and phenomenal service. The customer service arranged for my private tours and recommended few restaurant spots to try. I hate staying at big chain hotels, because they’re all the same and over priced. This hotel is affordable yet super nice.

Very good, polite and helpful front office staff Specially Lydia and Kevin with a good hospitality. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a free room upgrade on arrival. The room was very comfortable and clean with all nessasary facilities. The hotel is small and nice with convenient location. The temperature and water pressure for showering are somewhat unstable.

The location is excellent, very close to the cathedral, and slightly away from the bustling area, so the room is very quiet. I suggest staying in a room with windows; the view is great. There are delicious rice noodles nearby.

The description of the family room in booking is not accurate. It is same as triple room which is just a double room with balcony with extra bed put it. The room size is listed at 40m2 but it is smaller (closer to 25-30m2). I suggest the property fix the description.

Excellent location. Quiet street in hectic Hanoi with many excellent coffee shops and close to the lake. The staff is amazing and helped us with everything we needed including booking transfer to Cat Ba. The decor is also very nice and gives the place some character. Overall we had a very good 2 night stay and would recommend this hotel for it's excellent location and staff as well as good value for money.

Public spaces hallways and a bit cramped but not untidy. Not a real downside as I did not expect to spend time in either place.

Very good location, helpful staff, unbeatable price at the time of our reservation & trip (April). Room clean & a bit of space to lay down your bag. Clean bathroom. Housekeeping kept the rooms tidy.

the reception counter is on the second floor, small ....it's fine , but the first floor is a little bit mess ! that makes the hotel non-professional.

the location is good, easy to walk around Hanoi Old Town Area. two popular Michelin Pho restaurants are around the corner. staff Josie is very helpful and excellent service.
