The room was great, with incredibly comfortable beds and a clean and beautiful bathroom with hot water. The staff were very helpful, and they helped us prepare and print our documents to apply for a visa. The hotel was very centrally located, in the old town and with lots of restaurants around. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay here. Kevin and Lydia went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They offered a lot of time and recommendations on where to eat and attractions, which allowed me to have a wonderful experience in Hanoi and Ha Long Bay. Cleaners and support staff were always so friendly too

I would give 10 marks but almost. The entrance at the ground floor perhaps can be a little bit more tidy.

Location is superb, not on the main street but very near. Walking distance to almost everywhere. Because it's not on the main street, it a a bonus because it is not noisy. The room is soundproofed too. Kevin and Lydia were very attentive to guests. Kudos to them! There are many eating places along the street including nice cafes across the hotel with hidden garden.

The mattress is quite hard. But other than that everything is good!

Location is convenient, we didnt have to take any grab. Just explore and walk around. Staff is friendly too and helpful. Very worth the price. There is also a small gym for short workout.

The colours and decoration were very pretty, they worked to make a warm and cosy atmosphere and my favourite part is the cool bowl style sink! Now most importantly is the amazing staff that are so helpful and welcoming. Kevin I need to talk about, he was so happy to help me and was so helpful! Very kind and thoughtful and funny!! had a great talk with him :)

I highly recommend this cute hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi. It is in the center of the old quarter, with walking distance to restaurants, stores, attractions, coffee stops, etc. but is on the quiet street away from the Main Street. The service is super friendly and the hotel is super clean. I like hotels that have have character and this hotel definitely has it with the cute Vietnamese flowers decor tiles and sink, cute wall colours, and phenomenal service. The customer service arranged for my private tours and recommended few restaurant spots to try. I hate staying at big chain hotels, because they’re all the same and over priced. This hotel is affordable yet super nice.

Very good, polite and helpful front office staff Specially Lydia and Kevin with a good hospitality. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a free room upgrade on arrival. The room was very comfortable and clean with all nessasary facilities. The hotel is small and nice with convenient location.
