Location was great. The hotel is cute & small boutique hotel. The staff are really friendly & helpful. Ideal & room size recommended for solo traveller!

The room was a little tired - my husband is tall so almost hit his head on the roof and he struggled to fit in the shower/bathroom as it was tight - but it was functional and served its purpose.

The staff and in particular the receptionist were great throughout our stay. Always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and if you need to use a gym, you can use their sister hotels facilities which are around the corner. Location is good and not a far walk from the old town. We walked to and from the bus stop during our stay which was about 1km. We were on the top floor so our room did get hot but once the aircon kicked in it was fine.

My room didn't have a window that led to the daylit outside. It made me lose track of time quickly. I would really appreciate for this to be made more clear down the line.

It has an amazing location, extremely welcoming and helpful staff, and very good value for money. I can not emphasize how amazing the location of this place is, full of good dining options as well as close to all of the amazing places Hanoi Old Town has to offer! The hotel itself is beautiful. I really appreciated design choices

The bathrooms could do with more rigorous cleaning. But everything else was good!

Xenia and David as well as other front office girls and bell hops were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and talkative. Loved interacting with them.

I have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions when visiting Hanoi and everything was great. Both the day and night staff are so nice and helpful. Great location, everything you need is near by and within walking distance Aircon + wifi are really good The rooms are very nice

The aircon was freezing and didn't seem to be able to be adjusted. The TV didn't work and the guy who came to fix it was rude. They have ceramic soap holders in the shower (!) , when one broke they tried to charge us 300000 vd to replace it!

This quirky little property is well located. The staff at reception speak English well and are friendly and attentive. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean , quiet and without mold.

I was on the top floor and there was a persistent buzzing noise that did not stop the whole time I was there. I got used to it after a bit but it was very loud the first night.

The place was really tidy and clean, great location in the old quarter. I had an injured leg so I was very happy there was a lift to take you up to your room. The staff were very helpful, when I was waiting for my transfer to Ha Long Bay they gave me a cup of tea and gave me some snacks for the ride.

We were very kindly upgraded as it was our honeymoon. Staff are very kind and thoughtful, kept our bags after checkout while we walked around before our fight. Location is excellent, nearby everything but without the noise. Excellent value for money. We ended up coming back here again after our trip to Sapa.

We only had a small sheet (apparently there was a blanket but we didn’t find it). We were a little cold and tried to adjust the air con but we couldn’t work it out.

We loved the unique interior design and the incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to help out!

The size a bit smaller but considering the location in old quarters, every inch is pricey.

Staff are very attentive, I got a rented motorbike from the reception which was very good condition, full of gas and I don't need to handover my passport to the owner. The price also reasonable.
