The view was undesirable as I overlooked an apartment building. It was difficult for my taxi driver to drive down the very narrow street. I lost my key and was charged for a new one even though I was checking out

The room was very spacious and private. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even packed a breakfast for me as I had an early flight. The breakfast was held at a neighboring hotel just around the corner. Very welcoming as well. The location was great for walking to train street / beer street/ the beautiful lake and church

Breakfast had very little options and it was hosted in another hotel nearby, which is something they could improve on. Atleast there could be more things in breakfast.

Excellent room, cleanliness, bath tub, bathroom. Everything was fantastic at the place. Also, balcony facing room is good to get some fresh air. Overall worth it.

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The two bedroom apartment was large enough for our group, very clean and well presented. The only thing missing is a Sky Bar and swimming pool but I know the buildings in the Old Town don't have much space overall.

I wish we had known that the bathroom was not equally accessible to both bedrooms. Were we under the impression that it was a two bedroom suite with a shared bath. Instead we found it was an ensuite with an extra bedroom. That would be helpful information to know. It would be fine for a family with older children.

Front desk hosts were all lovely and gracious; offered wonderful suggestions for outings, restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and it is in a super location...walking distance to many things in Old Town Hanoi!

Perfect for our needs. Very comfortable studio apartment in a quiet location close to the Old Quarter. Got a good night's sleep and the breakfast was included with the room rate. The staff were great and looked after us well.

Breakfast was at another hotel across the street from the hotel, which was unexpected. Breakfast was served in a windowless, cramped room but the food was ok. No room service.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite and it was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the living/kitchen/dinning area worked well for our family of four. It helpful to do a load of laundry in the washer/dryer unit too. The location is on the edge of the old quarter but still walking distance to great restaurants, night markets and a few walking blocks from the famous Train Street. The hotel gave us complementary umbrellas when it rained and arranged an early airport transport for us, which was much appreciated!
