The hotel was clean and tidy,very spacious, a little dark inside, very good service at reception!There are several steps down to enter the hotel, so be mindful if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was close by, in another hotel, restaurants/ eating places all close by. We had a comfortable one night stay.

Perfect Location. In the old quarter close to everything. Walking distance to all attractions. Clean and comfortable appartment. It is in the small street so quiet at night. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Provided complimentary kit includes tooth brush, tooth paste, comb, shaving kit etc. Free 2 bottles of water daily. Breakfast superb, variety of dishes and eggs, pancakes and noodles on demand. Staff very friendly and helpful. Huy( the guy welcomed us) and Michael both are nice, friendly, caring and always ready to help. Best feature is washing machine.

Everything was clean and in good condition. Great location on a side street and right on the edge of the Old Quarter. Breakfast is great with a great variety of options. Staff so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very conveniently located in the midst of the old quarter. Close to the lake and major shopping streets, but our street was quiet. Being upgraded to a suite with a washing machine was just what we needed! Thank you. Michael and Huy and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location: superb, within walking distance to all parts of the city, mainly the old district. Breakfast: plentiful and excellent. Room: superb, large and very quiet. Staff: very friendly and helpful at all times. Great value for money!!

The apartment was great. Comfortable, large beds, and clean and functional bathrooms and kitchen. The location is fantastic. It is in a small side street, so although it is in the old district, it is quiet at night. The hotel is also surrounded by great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

The place’s spacious, smells good & very comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights, one night before our Halong Bay & Sapa, and the last 2 nights before returning home. There’s living room, dining table, kitchen & washing machine. We felt very comfortable with the hotel that we would stay indoor longer than we usually do for our trips. We also booked our Halong bay trip with them (V’spirit cruise) which’s super delightful, great room, food & guide (Jerry), highly recommended!! The hotel staff’s very friendly, helpful & kind. Our air conditioner has some issues and they helped to assist right away. They also let us have breakfast when we’ve arrived way too early after our night train & even let us check in early to rest. Small things like this made our trip a pleasant one. Thank you Michael, Huy, An & others! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hanoi.

The service was great! Michael booked a Halong bay tour for us, which was amazing! The hotel is on a nice quiet street considering how busy the area around it is. They offered us showers prior to our trip to DaNang even though we had checked out- exceptional and thoughtful 😊

The washer/dryer was difficult to use and despite multiple runs through, didn't dry our clothes.

Very large rooms with everything you need - kitchen and laundry facilities, though we couldn't get our clothes dry with the washer/dryer - not a worry though as we just sent our washing out and it came back all perfectly clean and folded. The staff were excellent, particularly Michael and Ann. Michael assisted in arranging a private car for us to visit Ninh Binh at short notice. The location was very good. Lots of good restaurants and services nearby.

Hotel is spacious, safe, quiet and clean. Location is good. Very close to downtown yet not crowded at all. Though breakfast is at the nearby hotel “Calista Hotel”managed by the same boss is a few steps away from Hanoi Central Hotel. Breakfast is far more than the expected one, varieties of local and Western foods to choose from. All staffs are professionals and servce with smiles and sincerity. They communicated us very well and possess good English Proficiency. We have never a moment felt any negative image on this beautiful hotel especially Ms An who always greets us with smiles and even going extra miles by asking us for any feedback for them to improve. Cool, cosy and worthy. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Hanoi, Vietnam. We did stayed total twelve days (3rd Dec to 14th Dec ‘23) with staggering two days to Sapa and Halong Bay. Last but not least, Michael, hotel manager and staffs take care of the guests so well.

Location is good. Hotel is safe and clean. More than a hotel room. It’s like a home with complete facilities, decoration, paintings. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Michael, manager. He helped us day tours, city tours and cruises for us. He followed up very closely and ensure we had the right transport and destination so that everything went well. They have passion and professional with smiles and hospitality. They are fluent in English. Michael initiated Watsapp introduction message a few days before we arrived Hanoi Central Hotel. We stayed more than a week. We recommend to try this Hanoi Central Hotel to everyone.

The apartment is spacious, it has everything you need. Our room had no view, it was not a problem as we only stayed 2 nights. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Beds are comfy.

"City view" is a euphemism for a view to an internal wall! Your room either has a balcony or no view.

Staff were excellent, friendly, gave great advice on activities. Appt, quiet, large and comfortable. Great location.
