Very comfortable, generous size space. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was central, yet quiet. Good breakfast, which included options for every preference. Our room included a washing machine, which we badly needed and really valued. Would definately stay here again.

Our room 2bd w/2 bath was very spacious. It’s like your condo to stay with all facilities. My family and I love to have washer/dryer in the room because the weather in Hanoi in May is too hot. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly as well. We also loved the breakfast where you can order omelette, pho, pancakes and etc.. I want to come back here if coming back next time. Thank you!

Breakfast simple and after second third and fourth day with same food in bay maries I decided not to go there as not sure if its made fresh each day. Suggest they alnerate menu. Shower head didn't fit in holder and electric light in bathroom flickered in a strange way when turned off. No pool. But none of tbese things would stop me from staying here again

Air conditioned ,spacious, has a washer and a dryer. Quiet street. Lovely friendly staff.. i will return.

Can clean the walls of the apartment. Aircon smells not good so had to make it run very cold so no smell.. located very quiet but no view from the window . Little far from the lake by walk.

Big apartment quiet area . Reception very nice staff also . Aparent comfortable big with kitchen . Tasty simple breakfast. Very comfortable . Very good value for money . Expept the apartment no facilities

nothing everything was perfect

This property is wonderful, with clean rooms and excellent hygiene. The best part is the reception staff—they are incredibly helpful and even provided me with medicine when I was sick. its very well located in old quarter and the train street and all shopping locations are easily accessible. If I return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The view was undesirable as I overlooked an apartment building. It was difficult for my taxi driver to drive down the very narrow street. I lost my key and was charged for a new one even though I was checking out

The room was very spacious and private. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even packed a breakfast for me as I had an early flight. The breakfast was held at a neighboring hotel just around the corner. Very welcoming as well. The location was great for walking to train street / beer street/ the beautiful lake and church

Breakfast had very little options and it was hosted in another hotel nearby, which is something they could improve on. Atleast there could be more things in breakfast.

Excellent room, cleanliness, bath tub, bathroom. Everything was fantastic at the place. Also, balcony facing room is good to get some fresh air. Overall worth it.

The location was just fabulous. The staff were really helpful - we had a friend with us who had a birthday and the staff organised a cake and decorations on her bed.

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The two bedroom apartment was large enough for our group, very clean and well presented. The only thing missing is a Sky Bar and swimming pool but I know the buildings in the Old Town don't have much space overall.
