This is our second stay here, everything about it brought us back! They even gave us a free upgrade for our return. Lovely staff, great location, best breakfast and comfy beds

Absolutely brilliant hotel! The central location in Hanoi Old Quarter, the interior, the supercomfy beds, the rooftop bar, the breakfast, everything was fantastic. Most off all the staff.....what a team! Great service from start to finish! 10/10!

Water pressure for the shower was quite low hence hard to control the Hot temperature Lighting in the bathroom was a bit too dim especially when applying for make-up I booked a 'Junior suite' room but the room looks the same as an ordinary room, difference was the balcony Breakfast can be improved in terms of its quality and offerings eg should stick to what the chefs are more comfortable making

Bed & pillows were comfortable so i slept well for the 3 nights despite the busy sound from the streets Staff were quite helpful when being asked for recommendations The ambience of the hotel and room was soft despite its busy surroundings Located close to some nice places of eatery and St Joseph cathedral so good to be able to walk

The only criticism I have was the room was a touch small. Excellent facilities just a tad small.

The roof top bar was amazing and the staff were incredibly beautiful and helpful. Especially Minh at the rooftop bar. The ladies serving breakfast were so sweet and kind. Excellent location.

Everything went like clockwork,we were picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel,staff were great particularly Aubrey who was very helpful. The room was very well equipped and breakfast was on the top floor with great views. A most enjoyable stay and I would stay there again.

Complimentary tea and milk was not supplied daily and when asked for milk we were told that we would be charged for anymore given to us the next day.

Room is a little small and cramped, but still very good. Appreciated having a bathtub, but the shower head is not detachable and the bath drains slowly so it's harder to clean up.

Very beautiful hotel, and the staff were lovely and very attentive! I loved the welcome drink, ginger apricots and wet towel, perfect when arriving after a flight. The room itself is very clean and stylish, The breakfast was excellent! Good choice of selection from buffet and made to order, and their iced Vietnamese coffee was personally my favourite of all I tried. And the breakfast staff especially were excellent. Rooftop was also great view. They also let me leave luggage for a night which was very helpful.

Beautiful hotel located at the old quarter surrounding lots of shop and restaurants, I love the breakfast on the 11th floor. The room is cozy with comfy bed, staff very friendly and attentive, highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast could improve a little but I think this was because the hotel had still not officially opened so they were still refining some of the finer details.

The staff were fantastic and could not have done more to accommodate any of our queries. The bed, pillows and linen were the best we experienced in Vietnam and we stayed in some smart hotels.

Nothing it was such a welcome kind place.

Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel. Very welcoming. Very Clean. Breakfast area and menu were excellent with great view over city. Staff spoke very well and were very helpful. We had three rooms for our family. One with a balcony and view, one with no window and one at the rear with a window. All excellent and the room with no window was excellent as it had air conditioning but for city noise was so quiet which worked for children. We had the balcony room where you can hear the vibrant city below but we liked that as it's part of the experience and we wore ear plugs at night to soften. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choice prepared freshly for you . Coffee were excellent. (Rooms do have double glazing though which is great) . We can't fault the hotel and really loved the staff and location and the vibrant city buzz.
