We were more than satisfied with everything - thank you all so much! ♥️💐

We liked our room very much, there was a bathroom with shower and shower wall, a window in the bathroom, a large fridge and a great bed in which we slept very well! The breakfast was very rich, delicious and extensive! The hotel is very close to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Train Street is also within walking distance - all in all a great location and yet quiet for a good night's sleep. The entire hotel staff deserves special mention. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, motivated and always endeavour to please the guests. They always go the extra mile to fulfil guests' wishes. Mr Tommy also arranged two day trips for us which we were more than happy with - we can only highly recommend the professional agency they work with. We were more than 100% satisfied with the Hanoi 20 hotel & apartment and would love to come back - in the meantime a clear recommendation for other guests!

Great experience staying here, friendly and enthusiastic staff. Breakfast has many options, I really like pho for breakfast. There are many restaurants around, I had Hue beef noodle soup for lunch, banh xeo for snack and banh cuon for dinner. It was so delicious, I had so much fun. Thank you very much to all the hotel staff.

The neighborhood is not the best, good restaurants options nearby are scarce as it is only street food vendors with questioning cleaning habits. Although it was good enough for us, we stayed one night, we wouldn't want to stay more than that

Our room was on the 10th floor a bit close to the elevator, so we heard it when it was used during the night.

The staff are excellent. Mr Tommy can make great touring arrangements to meet all your needs, with competitive rates. The rooms are big and comfy, and we like the neighbourhood away from the hectic Old Quarter but still near enough. Highly recommend.

It’s a bit of a walk from Old Quarter, but that’s part of the charm.

We prefer this more local flavour location in the embassy consulate neighbourhood, rather than the crowds in the Old Quarter. Great location, nice spacious rooms and excellent staff.

I don't care about the view, but I heard one customer complain about it do you should be aware that many rooms don't have a view.

this hotel has a splendid location. it's within walking distance of some interesting sights like the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, Westlake, Hoan Kiem lake, Hanoi Tower and other. if you don't like to walk, catch a grab. the room was soundproof, there's a great coffee bar at the entrance. staff is super friendly. they guide you to the room and have the airco running 15 minutes before check in. breakfast is formidable, a modest mixture of western and vietnamese breakfast.

No room service. The addition of this facility will surely improve the performance of this establishment.

The staff was the epitome of great customer service. They catered to our every need and even "broke" some rules just to accommodate a sick companion. It was great!
