We had trouble with hot water twice but the staff fixed it in a couple of minutes, and then only once we had noise from the construction beneath but it was one morning. The bedroom is quite small but we managed to get away with it without problems.

The location was absolutely perfect, in the middle of everything but quiet at night (except for one night which we had a construction besides but it was only once). Then the staff is very helpful and polite, mostly Benzo and Jessica, they speak english very well and they help you with all your needs. The breakfast deserves a different paragraph. It's AMAZING, there are some buffet options and then a menu which you can choose whatever you want, as many times as you want, and all of it is delicious. Also Sandy the woman who serves it is very sweet. Last but not least, they let you have a shower after check out, which we found the KEY to book this hotel as we left late at night, so this was a huge plus for us.

Room was very comfortable and quiet at night which was great considering the location in the middle of the old quarter. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Staff were fantastic. Anna at reception was lovely and very helpful even knowing it was my partners birthday and wishing her a happy birthday. Overall it was great value and wonderfully located for exploring Hanoi. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is situated in a great part of Hanoi, has clean and comfortable rooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice and a good start of the day. In addition to the general recommendations about activities in the area, booking tours etc., the hotel staff also went the extra mile to assist me with other travel related questions that came up, which was greatly appreciated.

The bathroom looked a bit outdated with respect to other places we've been in Vietnam, but still perfectly functional and clean.

Very nice and convenient hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The room was very spacious and clean. Handy mini fridge in the room and good breakfast. The staff was very nice.

The staff is unbelievably welcoming and helpful at this hotel. I mostly interacted with Jessica, Benzo, and Tom and they were all very polite and helpful. They recommended places I could visit and also packed me breakfast because I had to leave for the airport before the breakfast timings. The kitchen staff were also very nice. Rooms are nice and clean and the location is very central to everything. Wifi is also good. You already know where I am staying during my next Hanoi Trip.

There was nothing I didn’t like!

All the staff were great and so welcoming! Especially Jessica, she was so helpful in booking my Ha Giang loop tour and helping with communications from the moment I made my booking. Made the trip so much easier, especially while I was travelling alone. There were some small complications on my trip in Hanoi but the staff were quick and helpful at resolving them! The location was awesome, right in the middle of it all, so it was easy to hop back to the hotel when the city heat was too much. They held my luggage on the last day and let me take a shower before my sleeper bus, which was very needed from the day! There a couple of vegetarian options on the breakfast which were really nice!

Nothing to fault

The hotel is perfectly located, in a quiet little laneway within walking distance to the lake, water puppets theatre, some great cafes & the heart of the Old Quarter. Our large, well air conditioned family room was such a relief to return to after a day wandering around in the heat & hustle of the busy streets. The staff were truly beautiful; always available, so friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing - all you can eat buffet OR ale carte options - with a special mention to Daisy who served us every morning with a smile.

As for improvements, maybe adding more options for breakfast and including tags to indicate the names of the dishes being served along with their allergens would be beneficial.

The location was great! I was travelling by myself during my birthday, and they even got a cake for me. The staff goes above and beyond in regards to customer service; from the moment I arrived, they gave me a map showing the nearby tourist places and nice restaurants, and closest ATM always willing to help. I would definitely recommend it 100%.

Had high hopes for the breakfast as I read a lot of good reviews. Breakfast was good but I thought there would be a little bit more to choose from at the buffet. Had better breakfast in similar priced Hotels. But still it wasn‘t a bad breakfast.

Nice clean rooms and we got upgraded for 1 night which was very very nice! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Overall a good stay!
