There is absolutely nothing I would change.

5 stars for La Nueva Boutique Hotel! The staff was excellent, we never experienced such welcoming and helpful service before. They even went with us to the pharmacy to get the medication we needed and weren’t able to get ourselves. The location is as central as it can get and still it was very quiet in our room. The breakfast was delicious, and served with a view. We also tried the Spa and can definitely recommend it! Great value for money! I would 100% recommend this place when coming to Hanoi!

What a gem of a hotel! Situated in the most perfect position in the old town and walking distance of everything, including the lake, the French Quarter, shops, markets, restaurants, and bars. The staff were amazing, in particular Jenny! She was in communication with me once I had booked the hotel and all the way through until we departed the hotel. She gave us so much advice and information and is a real credit to the hotel. Having said that there were many other staff that equally as fantastic, but unfortunately, I didn’t take their names. The rooftop terrace is a wow factor and B and the rest of the staff were attentive and such fun. Breakfast was great and had everything that you would want with lots of variations to suit different tastes We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the menu did look good! The spa was fantastic, really good value and excellent staff and would really recommend this. We would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Hanoi next.

The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped into the hotel till we checked out. Lovely welcome drink and fruits! The map and information of the surrounding area were useful. Great location to stay and explore Old Quarter and within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake.

From the welcome by Jimmy to the goodbye from Emma. The stay was lovely, you could not fault anything. Nice welcome drink, lots of local info given. Few mins from the lake. They all could not do enough for you. Room was great. Hotel was a little oasis. Nice roof top bar

The best part of the hotel is the Staff Jenny and Jimmy need more than 5 stars for their hospitality. The breakfast staff were very attentive as well and always catered to our requirements. Location is FAB in the old Quarter walkable to everything. Thank You for A wonderful stay

Staff very friendly, drink on arrival and gave some tips on the city. Room was spacious and clean. Rooftop bar very good cocktails. Didn't try the food or spa facilities. There was a party when we were there so pretty loud music. But it was reunification day so made sense. Did end quite early so we could sleep.

We liked everything

The hotel staff were just amazing!! It’s rare to find an entire team so friendly and willing to assist with our every need and desire. Special thanks to Jimmy & Ian for their warm hospitality. You made our stay wonderful. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants and markets with modern finishes. Breakfast had a good variety and eggs made as requested. Our favorite spot has to be the skybar where we spent time unwinding after the long hot days. I highly recommend this hotel!

Range of options for breakfast. Location is very good. Room design is a little awkward, with wash basin outside the bathroom.

The only thing I would fault would be the massage we booked. The lady doing it was lovely but she spend more time texting on her phone then doing a massage. As she was sitting over me and messaging me with one hand she would have her phone resting on my leg and I would here it vibrate each time she got a message. And afterwards she asks for her tip. Not sure what the tipping culture is in Hanoi. We did give other staff there a nice tip and they never asked but I didn’t like that I was asked for a tip by someone who did a message while texting on her phone.

Absolutely beautiful. Perfect location for Hanoi. Easy access to travel around the old quarter. Staff were so nice. Especially Jimmy the office manager. He was so informative and was able to Asia’s in anything we needed. I have to compliment the staff when we got food. Food was delicious. And quick service with drinks. One of the bar staff joined up for shots and thought us how they cheers and we had such a great laugh. Loved there roof top bar.
