Nice hotel with very good location and helping staff

I would say if the room is abit more sound proof would be perfect.

The location of the hotel is so convenient to walk and access to alot of the famous eateries and sightseeing. The hotel spa was a gem too. The staff are attentive and very responsive to yr request. Most importantly, your privacy is respected. The skybar was superb as it overlooks the beautiful lake and it's famous surroundings of old quarter. Fm the staff of the hotel just to name some, Mr Tom, on our first day arrival at the hotel, Ms Jenny, Mr Jimmy at front desk reception of cos not forgetting the other lovely ladies, to Mr Thomas at the spa, ladies fm housekeeping, Ms Tracy and another male staff at the momento restaurant for the breakfast and the mixologist at skybar for the cocktails... they were all superb. We will definitely be back to this hotel when we revisit Hanoi again with our family.💖

The main highlight was from the day one of booking the front office manager Jimmy was in touch with me and make sure the needful arrangements for my family. Thank you Jimmy. The other gem in this hotel is Jenny in the reception. Really she is amazing helping lady. She was always welcoming to clear out the queries about city and day tours. Really nice to see her always with cute smile. I really observe that she is helping all the guests staying in the hotel. In between our stay she surprised all my family by wishing my wife’s birthday. Also she add more surprises by gifting my wife a cute Vietnamese traditional ceramic framed photo with a cute cake which means a lot for us. We will never forget her. Really such staff will be a good asset for this property. Thank you Jenny

The property is very near to Hoan Kiem lake, it’s good to stay because room was cosy and bed was super comfortable. It’s really good to sleep in such a super comfortable bed after a long walk exploring city. Wash rooms are clean and big enough.

What a gem of a hotel! Situated in the most perfect position in the old town and walking distance of everything, including the lake, the French Quarter, shops, markets, restaurants, and bars. The staff were amazing, in particular Jenny! She was in communication with me once I had booked the hotel and all the way through until we departed the hotel. She gave us so much advice and information and is a real credit to the hotel. Having said that there were many other staff that equally as fantastic, but unfortunately, I didn’t take their names. The rooftop terrace is a wow factor and B and the rest of the staff were attentive and such fun. Breakfast was great and had everything that you would want with lots of variations to suit different tastes We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the menu did look good! The spa was fantastic, really good value and excellent staff and would really recommend this. We would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Hanoi next.

The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped into the hotel till we checked out. Lovely welcome drink and fruits! The map and information of the surrounding area were useful. Great location to stay and explore Old Quarter and within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake.

From the welcome by Jimmy to the goodbye from Emma. The stay was lovely, you could not fault anything. Nice welcome drink, lots of local info given. Few mins from the lake. They all could not do enough for you. Room was great. Hotel was a little oasis. Nice roof top bar

The best part of the hotel is the Staff Jenny and Jimmy need more than 5 stars for their hospitality. The breakfast staff were very attentive as well and always catered to our requirements. Location is FAB in the old Quarter walkable to everything. Thank You for A wonderful stay

This hotel was a great option in Hanoi! The highlight was the staff who were extremely accommodating and friendly. They helped us book all our activities and genuinely cared about our experience. Great location as well. Walking distance to beer street and walking street. Thank you so much!

Staff very friendly, drink on arrival and gave some tips on the city. Room was spacious and clean. Rooftop bar very good cocktails. Didn't try the food or spa facilities. There was a party when we were there so pretty loud music. But it was reunification day so made sense. Did end quite early so we could sleep.

We liked everything

The hotel staff were just amazing!! It’s rare to find an entire team so friendly and willing to assist with our every need and desire. Special thanks to Jimmy & Ian for their warm hospitality. You made our stay wonderful. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants and markets with modern finishes. Breakfast had a good variety and eggs made as requested. Our favorite spot has to be the skybar where we spent time unwinding after the long hot days. I highly recommend this hotel!
