Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had a choice of rooms both with a great many stairs to climb. The lowest choice was 75 stairs up but we chose the better room with 85 stairs to it. It was good but not for the faint hearted

AustriaI was in the 6th floor (no elevator, but I knew that before booking) and although the hotel is next to beer street, it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was a bit hard, but still okay. Most of the staff was really nice & helpful, especially David. On one day I had to leave pretty early for a tour before the official breakfast time and he was so nice and made me a delicious Pho anyway :) I would book again :)

SingaporeDislikes 1. Rooms though properly maintained are showing signs of aging. It is good to have some minor renovation. 2. The kitchen can be renovated to a more spacious and appealing look like a open concept kitchen. Good for both staff and customers. Can be a highlight 3. Tv is of low quality signal. In this age and time, will be good to have better video quality.
Zalo and his team provided beyond what a 5 star hotel will give. The hotel entrance is situated in the most happening night alley. This hotel is like a light in that noisy alley by night or food street alley by day where the staff takes care of you well. Zalo will provide his Whatsapp number should you meet any issue while touring in Hanoi. If you need any shuttle, tour advice or package, he can arrange for u quickly. I came back to this hotel after 5 years and still very much surprised by the service level. Likes 1. The rooms are spacious despite the narrow staircase and hotel 2. The breakfast is all made up on order and unlimited. It is very homely when they serve you. 3. All speaks good English. They hired a staff with special needs. He speaks good English and is very dedicated to his work. It is an inclusive environment. This shows alot about the hotel. 4. Cost. It is very value for money. 5. Clean. Very clean. 6. Location. 7. High rating on booking.com 8. Room fragrance
