I didn’t mind too much but if you don’t like stairs this might not be the place for you

We had an amazing stay! The beds were really comfy and the rooms were nice and clean. It’s very close to the famous beer street but tucked away in an alley so you don’t have too much noise complaints (at least, I hadn’t). But more than anything: the kindness and helpfulness of the staff was out of this world. When asked where to get a local Bia Hoi, he walked all the way with us to a spot you can get it. Also great recommendations on the foodtour and other activities in Hanoi.

this is not a minus, but be aware of the many steps if you will live on the 4-6 floor. if you can’t walk in stairs check with the hotel so a room in the bottom is free :)

cosy and quiet hotel (it’s just behind the bar street but keeps quiet inside the building) close to everything. staff is so friendly and helpful. clean and fresh. thank you and see u again.

There is nothing to complain about the hotel. It is great, only guests who don't think about others, being loud at night arriving at the room.

Everything. The staff was amazing, especially Jake, who helped us with other bookings, recommendations, and for all with our issue with my credit card. Thanks a lot !! Breakfast with a lot of variations, you can choose: Western or Vietnamese breakfast, frish cooked omelet, soup, sandwich, etc. The hotel is in a perfect calm street in the middle of downtown, believe it or not;-)Room with a window, a nice shower. Cleaning every day, you experience the right Hanoi life.

Very good location, very clean rooms - very good breakfast - I cannot express enough how amazing the staff was Jake, David and Tracy .They were able to arrange trips for us a Hanoi food tour, Ha Long Bay, Ha Giang and Ninh Binh which were great quality and price with great services as the staff themselves have tried them. We got many tips on weather, things to buy and overall great service.

Live fish in little drinking cups at the breakfast table is rather unnecessary and not so animal friendly ! No lift so there’s quite a few stairs to climb to the higher floors. Hotel is down alleyway, so no direct taxi access. But these are minor considerations when the hotel is so fab !

the best breakfast in Vietnam and great staff. Especially David ! Jake and his team have a very high level of service. Rooms and beds are very comfortable.

We were checked into one room but the floor was dirty so we were moved to another. The water sometimes came out the shower and made the floor wet. The toilet roll wasn’t replaced once used.

Housekeeping service could be more thorough, but there were no major issues. Very poor interior sound insulation but good thing that the noise was not persistent into the night.

Nice & comfortable room, furnishings and bed (as in the photos). Bathroom was good to use. Minimal outside (street) noise in the night, and I slept well. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The water leaks flooding the bathroom when showering, may have been a problem with my room only but still would not consider it a big issue at all!

Very good hotel in Hanoi old quarters nearby a busy area but at the same time quiet enough. The rooms are well furnished and staff is great 👍🏻 I guess the best quality price ratio in the city!

Room was a bit dated and a bit on the small size, but nothing too serious. Still rather good for the price you pay.

In heart of old town, but nice and quiet room. Rooms are clean and comfy with good beds. Though they didn't served breakfast since Covid-19, they still made us one as we were able to book so via Booking.com
