Lena and Chris amazing staff. Lena organised train, and Vespa tour for me. Rooms were great, and we were upgraded to honeymoon suite which was nice. Breakfast great too. Definitely recommend to stay here. Location is ideal

The photos were slightly misleading and I felt like they made they room look more spacious than it was, but not a big deal..I was just a bit surprised. WiFi wasn’t great in our room on the 7th floor.

Recently renovated building, nice but not pretentious. The staff were super helpful. Kris was in touch before our stay to make sure we had all the info we needed and offered to give us advice, arrange trips and airport transfer. We stayed in the “honeymoon room” and it was great. The location is perfect, short walk to all kinds of sights, but I highly recommend renting a scooter(which you can do at the hotel) and cruising around the city that way.

The staff were delightful and did lots for us. It felt like coming home each afternoon, after a busy day to be greeted by a friendly face and an open door. Laundry service was excellent and the included breakfast was very good. The airport transfer service was very good and very welcome. The room was very clean and great tv channels. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The customer service at Esplendor was exceptional. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was great. They even allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel while we went to stay in Ha Long Bay for the night. We are so grateful for our experience staying at Esplendor and would recommend this to anyone we know. They have set the standard very high for our expectations of Vietnam! The Esplendor was an excellent hotel and the staff were lovely. The rooms were clean, attractive and well-equipped with plenty of space. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the views from the balcony were impressive. The staff in particular were excellent. They were very attentive and helped us swap rooms when our first was slightly noisy.

We loved our stay at Hanoi Esplendor Hotel and Spa. The staff were so helpful, especially Lena, who even helped us with booking trains for other parts of our trip. The room was very comfortable, great choice of breakfast and the hotel is within walking distance of everything you could want to do in Hanoi. Would 100% recommend!

What a pleasant stay we had at the Esplendor. Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. The room is well decorated and most importantly, it has a very comfortable bed. Front office worker Kris was an amazing gentleman looking after us and the caring attitude of all employees made our stay so special. The "pho" in the breakfast room is definitely a must to try
