The hotel was very clean and the personel at the front desk was very helpful without ever being insisting on buying tours. The breakfast was amazing (try the pancakes)!

I wanted to share my feedback about our stay at your hotel. It was truly superb! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The location was perfect for us, and having fast internet was a huge plus, especially for those who need to work remotely. A bit old fashioned but that’s Hanoi’s standards

The size of the room, the view, the size of the bed which is very big and the kindness of the hotel manager who is very helpful and arranging! He let us leave our luggage for the whole day and proposed to take a shower before leaving which was game changer!

The approach road is very narrow and congested.

Hospitality of the staff is good.Mr. Peter, was very nice and helpful. Location is very good. Good for Indian vegetarians, as there is a Gujrati restaurant near by.

We were a family of 2 adults and a 2 year old. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff were excellent. Peter and his wife were very hospitable and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was decent for the price. In terms of location, the hotel is located in an alley. However, it's just off the main road which has many restaurants and coffee shops. It's a 10 minute walk to the lake from the hotel.

The management and other staff turned over while we were there. We had to walk to another hotel for breakfast on the last day.

The coffee in the morning was a little weak. We like a good strong cup on a morning. Although it is difficult to fault this hotel as it was really good.

The staff at the hotel were fabulous. They were so helpful, kind, and friendly. The location was really good, very close to good coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. A short walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake. The room was very clean, with a turn down service daily providing fresh towels every day. The breakfast was good and fresh food cooked to order. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The staff could not have done more.

Cleanliness could be slightly improved in the common area such as the dining room for breakfast.

Very nice location in old quarter of Hanoi. Staff was super nice and helpful for any questions about trip planning, transportation and tour booking. We had lots of special requests as we were a group with different plannings and Julie was able to fully understand and accommodate our group.

No hand towels. The room was made every day but the toilet bowl wasn't cleaned.... If I had cleaning tools I would've cleaned it myself but no tools.

The location was great for us, close to everything in District 1. The room was comfortable. The tv had good channels in English, movies with no commercials. Good internet. The breakfast was excellent. We arrived a couple of days before planned and they didn't have a problem receiving us, which was very convenient.

My second time at this hotel. It's changed ownership since my last visit in 2016 but the ethos of the hotel remains. The staff are all amazing and can't do enough to help. The location is superb with most tourist areas within walking distance. Although in the middle of the old quarter, the alleyway location offers a peaceful haven.
