Clean, comfortable facilities for a boutique hotel. Great customer service! They gave us takeaway breakfast when I told them we would be checking out early. They also helped us with communicating with our transportation.

I wish I could stay more. The service staff has incredible skills and knowledge, and they delivered the service with so much warm and joy. The location is so great. Near almost famous places, exactly this Hotel is what I was looking for. Special Thanks to Lily and her team who support me alots.

Great location near Hoam Kiem lake. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was good. We had a small leak in the bathroom and the staff fixed it within minutes. The staff was wonderful.

The lighting at the bathroom was dim. Also, we requested for twin beds but since we also requested for an early check-in, they gave us a king-size bed which was what was available at the time. We were told they will change the beds the next day but apparently, they forgot.

The location was perfect. Staff were friendly & accommodating (including the server at the breakfast buffet Trung).

Location was amazing - so close to the lake, shopping and great food. New years was very busy and so close to the action but still super quiet inside when the windows were closed. Aircon worked perfectly. Everything was as advertised and great for the price. Breakfast was order a cooked component (eg. Eggs) and small but sufficient buffet. Staff at breakfast super lovely and engaged with the kids. Lilli at reception was so helpful organising our private transfers to Ha Long bay and both directions went smoothly.

My family members do not like the breakfast. Everyday the same items not delicious. The hotel man serving us breakfast he is ok only problem we got language barriers.

Clean, beautiful room. Huge bed, lovely bathroom. Breakfast included was a buffet. Staff very friendly. Close to restaurants, cafes, banks, shops & markets. Excellent.

I was in Vietnam for 11 days on a business trip and stayed in this hotel. Location is great in Old Quarter. The service was super friendly and helpful. The hotel room and also the bathroom were very clean and the air conditioning worked great.

The wifi drops out . They do fix it quickly but they need to update the modems . The bar fridge barely worked . Ice was scarce but thats because my brothers were asking too. If you get a lower balcony room expect plenty of noise .

Location , its right there in the heart of the Old Quarter. Rooms are quite large for two people. Its near a large grocery shop. Close to the lake . Staff are nice .

I have been to Hanoi nine times, mostly for work and also on vacation. There are many things in this hotel that elevate it to the best. Good location, very friendly staff and all the best clean room, clean bathroom and exceptionally good air conditioning. I like.

The 4 star rating is more like a 2-3 star accomodation . The family room with city view was so much smaller than photos online and some of the fixtures were not working ( short in lamp) and some of light switches .

the location was excellent close to many eateries and entertainment .The staff were extremely helpful especially Ms Lily .We were offered an upgrade after a return trip to Halong Bay and was so much more comfortable than the previous Family room which was booked.

Basic breakfast and not of good quality. Service at breakfast not good : noisy waiter with no manners when serving. No top up of the breakfast buffet : had to ask. Cut off time for breakfast at 9:00 am. Not enough time to enjoy and relax.

Small rooms, difficult to maneuver luggages inside the room.

The hotel has perfect location, just few meters from Hoan Kiem Lake and few minutes around the old quarter. Hotels staffs are very friendly and helpful.
