If you are looking to stay in the old quarter of Hanoi please do your self a favour and stay here. The breakfast served in the morning is also excellent with a mix of bread, bacon and noodles.... The room we stayed in was really comfortable with a bed big enough to fit three! (or two people assuming the starfish pose). Overall the service at The Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel was outstanding and the staff really were first class. Thank you to all the employees for making our trip to Vietnam wonderful. Highly recommend!

The room was very nice, but the aircon was difficult to control. This meant I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was perfect for walking around in the Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful with local information and organising interesting tours.

Rooms can be a bit small and the partitions can use some improvement.

The hotel was very close to a lot of stores, art galleries, restaurants and coffee shops that one can never run out of things to do. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and they were easy to talk to. Breakfast was abundant and very satisfying. The location was great and most of our tour providers include the hotel as a pick up point, as it's in the heart of the Old Quarters.

Unfortunately there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel.

We were only here for 24 hours but the staff were very helpful and directed me to the best place to get an egg coffee and it was amazing. Our room was very large and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was very big and it even had a spa bath. We also had a very large balcony which was great to sit out in. The hotel is in the centre of the old town so a perfect location. Drinks are unique and delicious. Service exceeded all expectations. The staff is fantastic! Great hospitality, gave amazing recommendations on drinks, and super friendly. Perfect location! Beautiful views of the Cathedral - Hoan Kiem Lake and the city. Highly recommend for anybody!

Hotel in a good location, close to everything, shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was very helpful, nice, you could count on their help at any time. Spacious and clean rooms. I spent 2 nights in this hotel and I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.

We stayey at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond and Spa in Hanoi Vietnam, the place was near at commercial area, like shopping store, restaurant tourist spot.. The room was very beautiful and clean spacious, the bed was very comfortable and also the pillow was very soft. For a 4 star hotel, I felt that the breakfast was poor. Also, when I checked in, I felt that the Manager was a bit too eager/pushy with offers of taxis/tours etc (at least let the door close behind me before trying to sell me something). This was a shame, because all the other staff were excellent.

The hotel was extremely clean. The room was excellent. It had a very large terrace/balcony. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful (example: when I wanted to buy bottles of water - the concierge ran out to a local shop to save me money, as the bottled water from the hotel was more expensive).

Ms Sabi who ran the place was helpful at every turn. We left luggage here when we arrived early before check in and until late when we left, used the bathroom and we really valued the service. The rooms were lovely with properly good bathrooms. Excellent location; we kept popping back while wandering around the Old Quarter. Also got our laundry done nice and quickly. I would definitely come back if I were back in Hanoi.

The hotel is at a good location next to the Cathedral, it's a walking distance to most sites and close to all the shopping street but it's quite around the hotel which is lovely .The staff was really helpful and polite, especially Ms Sabi, who was very helpful with booking our activities.The breakfast had many options to choose from with a view of the Cathedral.The rooms were well equipped , we stayed in different room as we stayed here 3 different times .We loved the two single sharing as it was more spacious than the rest .

Stayed 4 nights, 2 before Ha Long Bay and two after. My initial impression was surprise at the high rating given the small lobby and busy site on a corner in the Old Quarter. The first rooms were in the older part of the hotel and very clean and comfortable .Very nice buffet breakfast with excellent coffee. The hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and bars. Large well appointed rooms. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, they were able to make excellent recommendations. There was an excellent variety of food for breakfast. I would definitely staff in this hotel again.
