We came here as we cancelled our second time stay with a previous and very disappointing hotel we stayed at (same stars, same rating, similar price), and we were very glad we did! Great location, quiet room, comfy and real 2 bedroom beds (not 2 singles pushed together), very clean, fantastic staff, good breakfast with a nice view over the city. We got a room upgrade, and that was welcomed! They instantly sorted us out with our onwards travel without being pushy. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is a great boutique hotel in the heart of the old quarter. The deals you can get are terrific BUT what makes this place special is the heart and soul that you get from a staff whose sole mission is to make you happy. I tell you they will help you with anything you need and then some. A shout out to Ms Sabi who was my guardian angel when my visa didnt come through and I had to cancel some bookings she made for me. Plus all the good advice she gave. Me in the area. And to mgr mr Martin Do who also worked his magic. But the rest of staff will make you feel like your family. When I come back to hanoi. I will stay here again

I chose Hanoi L'Heritage Diamond Hotel & Spa after reading reviews in Booking.com. Like everyone, I found Miss Sabi extremely helpful. As soon as we arrived, she drafted our itinerary to the very last day of our stay. Other staff were also very welcoming. Breakfast was yummy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend L'Heritage to other travellers, and I definitely would stay here again when I visit Hanoi next time.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Hanoi. We stayed here 2 nights on vacation. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating, and walked through a brochure on local sights and culture. Lots of ‘extras’: at check out, they quickly checked our room to make sure nothing was left behind, had same day laundry service, and gave us a to go breakfast for our 6:00am airport departure. The room was very comfortable. Location was great, close to old quarter and also the pedestrian only area around the lake.

The staff were amazing. Nothing too much trouble, especially helpful to the solo traveller. Checking in a breeze, clean rooms and sumptuous breakfast. Highly recommend. A big thanks to Sabi on desk for help sending mail to UK, who organised cake for my birthday. Also Jame at the travel desk who organised my forward travel. Best service ever

We stayed at Lheritage Diamond hotel & Spa. The staff were ever so nice, attentive and welcoming. We also loved the breakfast every morning, great selection of food and all very delicious. Location is perfect. Walking distance to all main attractions and we therefore didn’t spend any money on getting around, as we just walked around the city. The hotel can also organise day trips which we booked and it all went very smoothly. We definitely felt looked after and safe. Thank you very much to all the staff and a special thank you to the Hotel manager that welcomed us and also brought me birthday cake! Thank you!!

This is a charming hotel with a great vibe and is in the heart of the bustling Old Quarters. It was great value for money, the room had everything we needed. The staff at the front desk were amazingly helpful and attentive. The breakfast was really nice and they made pancakes on request. They were happy for us to leave our belongings there once we returned from our cruise, and in between our flights, even though we weren’t staying an extra night. I believe the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond hotels make for a more personal experience. It was a great stay!

Lovely, helpful and professional staff. Nothing was an issue and they arranged Halong Bay cruises, cars etc. The Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel is in a great location and rooms very spacious and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!

We were welcomed and offered ginger tea whilst we sorted out paperwork. The rooms were a good size, clean and had a lovely bathroom. Breakfasts were good, fresh eggs, omelettes and pancakes cooked for you. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in the old town so easy to get about. There is a lift. I would stay again.

Great little hotel in the madness that is Hanoi Old Quarter. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Sabi at reception arranged a fabulous 2 day cruise for us to Halong Bay and taxis too and from the airport. The hotel is near the lake where you can access the open top bus to all the attractions on offer in the city, also have a lovely evening stroll.

The staff at this hotel are beyond expectations. Jame at reception was probably the best you could imagine. So helpful. He would book trips and organize anything you need. The breakfast is fit for any King. So much choice, you won't need to eat until the evening.

The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible from the airport, within the Old District but not too close to all the noise. Walking distance from every good places to visit. Lots of good shops and restaurants around. It is surprisingly affordable with good amenities and the staff are extra helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is superb. It is on the penthouse level, good view of the city from above. Highly recommended. It will be my hotel of choice when I come back to Hanoi.

I spent two nights in this hotel. The room I stayed is great. The facilities and the spa are excellent and the service is great as well. The staff are welcoming and helpful. It value for money.I will stay in this hotel again if I return to Hanoi in the future.

If you are looking to stay in the old quarter of Hanoi please do your self a favour and stay here. The breakfast served in the morning is also excellent with a mix of bread, bacon and noodles.... The room we stayed in was really comfortable with a bed big enough to fit three! (or two people assuming the starfish pose). Overall the service at The Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel was outstanding and the staff really were first class. Thank you to all the employees for making our trip to Vietnam wonderful. Highly recommend!

The room was very nice, but the aircon was difficult to control. This meant I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was perfect for walking around in the Old Quarter. The staff were very helpful with local information and organising interesting tours.

Rooms can be a bit small and the partitions can use some improvement.

The hotel was very close to a lot of stores, art galleries, restaurants and coffee shops that one can never run out of things to do. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and they were easy to talk to. Breakfast was abundant and very satisfying. The location was great and most of our tour providers include the hotel as a pick up point, as it's in the heart of the Old Quarters.

Unfortunately there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel.

We were only here for 24 hours but the staff were very helpful and directed me to the best place to get an egg coffee and it was amazing. Our room was very large and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was very big and it even had a spa bath. We also had a very large balcony which was great to sit out in. The hotel is in the centre of the old town so a perfect location. Drinks are unique and delicious. Service exceeded all expectations. The staff is fantastic! Great hospitality, gave amazing recommendations on drinks, and super friendly. Perfect location! Beautiful views of the Cathedral - Hoan Kiem Lake and the city. Highly recommend for anybody!

We stayey at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond and Spa in Hanoi Vietnam, the place was near at commercial area, like shopping store, restaurant tourist spot.. The room was very beautiful and clean spacious, the bed was very comfortable and also the pillow was very soft.
