The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The location was perfect for exploring around the city. There are tons of shopping and restaurants very nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Didn't expect such a small room, and it was a suite. The coffee at breakfast was disappointing but the food was ok. The price of the room didn't seem reasonable for what we got, but maybe it's the norm in Hanoi

Mr Jackie was super helpful and attentive to our needs, booking our tours and checking in on us regularly. All the staff very friendly and courteous. The location was optimal if you want to be amongst everything.

Had to book some where else because La Beaute was "overbooked", and we were lucky to get a room here! Nice and helpful staff and a clean room. A pity we had to leave after 1 day

I actually liked everything about the property, I don’t have anything negative to say.

The property was in a great location due to the walkability. It is in a touristy area but perfect for sight seeing. Even though the room was in the middle of the action, it was surprisingly quiet, I didn’t hear any noise when trying to sleep (I was on the fourth floor so maybe that’s why). The room itself was very cute and clean. It was small, just a bed in a room but it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The breakfast was included with stay, and was delicious. Also the staff was very friendly, I would stay here again.

Totally loved this hotel!! Booked it as a last resort as the original place I booked was so unsafe I left immediately upon check in. Booked La Selva in replacement and walked over to check in. Even though it was a last minute booking, the staff did the check-in swiftly (though they forgot to get me to pay until the next day). Location was fabulous, near the main junction in old quarter. Anytime I’m out in the old quarter area, I would walk back for a rest if I wish to, and it’s just a 5-10 minutes walk from everything. Circle K is just across the street. Room was fabulous, alil old in the toilet tiles and flooring, but overall clean and neat. They do housekeeping every day while I’m out. Laundry was 50k dong for 1kg, which would be done by the following day. Really great!!

We were provided a room upgrade. However, we were moved to a room in a wing without an elevator.

The breakfast was ala carte and served fresh and warm. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice bedroom with a big comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. Netflix on the TV so you can chill in the evening, which we loved. The hotels location is perfect and you can walk everywhere. Breakfast was so good, a huge selection and the waitress was so lovely! The staff in general were great. Would highly recommend 😁

The room was chilly, since there was a cold front in Hanoi during our stay. AC helped a bit with max heat.

The breakfast was very tasty. We even got some breakfast to go for our early early morning checkout. Free room upgrade upon arrival. Location close to lake and old town.

The location is very convenient; the room is clean and well-equipped, also bed is of moderate firmness. What impressed me the most was the attentiveness and considerateness of the waitress. Due to overslept, we were rushed to meet up for the tour immediately. While waiting for the tour guide, an attentive waitress overheard the conversation and immediately prepared a whole set delicious sandwiches for us to take away. It was really a surprise. So considerate!

The rooms are quite small but if you’re planning to be out and about it shouldn’t be an issue!

It’s my second time staying here, because I love the location of the place, the breakfast and how quiet the rooms are at night. The reception staff is also lovely - Special thanks to the girl who made the effort to speak to us in Spanish so my mom could understand (sorry I don’t remember your name!). Will definitely be recommending this place and staying again in my next trip to Hanoi.

Very good breakfast, with both Vietnamese (e.g. pho) and Western options (eggs, croissants etc). Excellent location, very close to Hoan Kiem lake and right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, nearby the main lake and in the heart of the Old Quarter. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options and all you can eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.

The room itself is pretty small and could use a refresh, especially the bathroom fixtures.

The location is fantastic - close to the lake on the edge of the Old Quarter. Even though it is busy outside the hotel is quiet. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast is fantastic and the wait staff are so lovely. I love that you order a la carte instead of a buffet. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and really helpful. Cadrina gave us some really nice tips about some of the best spots in Hanoi and Jackie helped us with a perfect daytrip to Nihn Bihn. The room was nice and the breakfast was also amazing (also thanks to the lovely lady who served breakfast)! Location in the heart of old quarter. Would definitely recommend it.
