the weather was really hot but the staff don’t put AC in the lobby, so u are sweaty and not comfortable, and the night receptionist (a guy) is not very nice, looks like we disturb him, should not work in the hotel industry. Need to work on the customer service.

the location, right in the center, next to Hoan Kiem Lake, the room is cute and modern, and breakfast on the rooftop was really good.

The room is too small for a king-size bed. It would be perfect if the bed was a double bed so to give more space to move around.

The staff were all nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with many choices. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Old Quarters, and yet it was not noisy at all. Lots of good restaurants & other places to eat nearby.

This was our second stay here and we couldn’t fault it. They had our bags waiting in our room for us after we got back from Halong Bay and as always the breakfast was fantastic!

loved staying here, the room was really pretty and had a cute view overlooking the street. the roof terrace where breakfast is was a nice touch :) in a great location, I was able to walk most places.

Room and bathroom could have been cleaner, paint re-done as many marks on the walls.

The staff at the hotel were really helpful and kind. The room was a good size for Hanoi and had a window which was a plus. I was happy with the stay overall but some aspects of the room could have been cleaner. The breakfast menu looked great but unfortunately we had and early departure so didn't get to try it

Our room had a slightly musty smell to in when entering but once we opened the window or put the aircon on it disappeared quickly!

Location was great! Right by the night market and beer street. Plenty of tasty street vendor options around. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the room where it’s served is great! Staff were very friendly and well presented! As we were staying after returning from Halong Bay we were able to store our large backpacks at the hotel while we were on our tour, super handy!

The only negative is that with the standard room, there is no place to sit other than the bed, a d nowhere to place your luggage except for the floor or bed. But the staff tells you this very clearly, so expectations are kept in check.

The room is really small, but very clean and everything works well. For being directly in the middle of so much street activity, it is peaceful and quiet. The staff is most kind and helpful, and the breakfast ordered from a menu is the best I've had in 7 weeks of travel around Vietnam.

This hotel was great! It was so comfortable, everything was clean and housekeeping was scrupulous, it was super convenient, the breakfast was really tasty with a nice view, and everyone working there was really kind and helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone traveling through Hanoi.

The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They treated you like family and were willing to accommodate requests and offer assistance. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The location of the hotel is central, which enabled us to explore Hanoi as much as we wanted without getting lost.

There wasn't lift on our part of hotel. Room is good for sleep, but need little bit space for your things.

Personal was nice and helpful. Luggage brings to our room. Room was clean. Upon arrival, decorations were waiting for us on the bed. Food: you can choose a international and local cuisine. It's taste really good! 👍

Stay a few nights and at the end even want to leave earlier because the room feels too humid and a little cold. I have a window, but it faces a wall, no fun.

The location is good, you can walk to many attractions. I like the room design. It is small but comfortable. The breakfast is on the top floor from where you have a good view of busy Hanoi street corner.
