The breakfast could use some improvements. It is not that varied, but also you're not going to starve. Personal preference only. The massage service is not the best. Value for money is arguable. It's relaxing but not the best.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to the walking area and near many attractions and restaurants. The room is very nice, comfortable. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Great location, amenities, and the most wonderful staff - Jenny took care of us from the second we arrived until we hugged her goodbye. Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in all trip. Great breakfast and rooftop bar too!

The staff was amazing - warm welcome, great support via whats app to find restaurant and shops, baby chair in the restaurant ready for our breakfast, they even help us with our kid so we can enjoy our experience in Hanoi The breakfast is amazing The view from the skybar The location, very closed to puppet show and the bridge

Loved everything

Hotel staff are AMAZING. Julie and Chloe helped make our trip very memorable. They arranged a fantastic trip to Ninh Binh. Restaurant staff always show kindness and care. Whenever we had a day trip arranged they'll pack us snacks for the day. Hotel location is at the centre of Hanoi and 1 min walk from the famous sword lake. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable Highly recommended.

Bar upstairs had a wonderful view, but limited staff. They were very friendly though

Staff at the front desk, the customer service manager, and the dining room staff were all excellent. They helped arrange several different things for us, including telephone calls, which were difficult due to language. Food in dining room and view was exquisite. Room was a luxury. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is one block from lake which was lovely.

The staff at the front desk, the bellboys, and the staff in the dining room were fabulous. Particular thank you to Huyen who was most helpful, gracious and professional. We would definitely recommend the Sinfonia to our friends.

The sky bar wasn’t really great. The cocktails were nice but the music far too loud. I also had some trouble with getting the correct bill.

The hotel has great staff. During our stay everyone was exceptionally nice. Especially Julie has a warm place in our heart. She gave us priceless tips and help throughout our stay (and even after). I would recommend to ask for her if you need tips. Best hotel hostess I have ever had.

Very hard to pick particular issues. We were in the La Sinfonia Suite and we had issues with wifi strength and dropout - the staff had offered to get a router to boost the signal which was very kind, but we made do. We thought a small couch in the Suite would be nice for relaxing too if possible.

Small boutique hotel with a lovely feeling of calm. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We were particularly impressed with the restaurant - breakfast is served here on level 7, but we also had 2 lunches there which were of very high quality and beautifully presented. We were surprised there weren't more people there! The rooftop bar was also very nice for a pre-dinner drink and the staff were helpful in recommending dining options nearby (looking for a particularly nice one as it was our last night in Hanoi).

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic rooftop bar over looking the lake. Great location making walking around to the main attractions easy. Super clean premises and Comfy beds and amazing staff. Would recommend!!

Very warm friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help! Great location near the lake. Lovely rooms which are well appointed and spacious. Quality toiletries in the bathroom. The spa service was very professional. Excellent breakfast buffet- food was high quality and well presented.

I loved pretty much everything and their breakfasts are incredible. A teeny tiny micro point. Their fusion & western influenced evening menu at the restaurant is less to my taste compared to some of the traditional Vietnamese fare available in Hanoi (and at the hotel in the morning).

The team at reception and in their breakfast restaurant are exceptional. We were made to feel very welcome and they continued to surprise us with a truly personalised service. It felt like they genuinely wanted to make us feel happy.

So far I could not find

Located in center of old Hanoi, and could feel energy of Viet nam Overalls hotel was very good, but specially the staffs are so good, most of them are so young but very attentive against guest, gave help spontaneously. Also very friendly, and still keep politeness. Even, after check out, they offered shower. It was very helpful after sightseeing to spend time until midnight flight in very hot Hanoi.

Exceptional staff! We have never stayed in a hotel with such a carefuly planned and dedicated service. The whole team is trying very hard. Special thanks to Aubrey from the reception desk who literaly saved us twice and bell man Phuong. After we had lost a phone in a cab, she quckly found the driver and Phuong rode his motorbike to the other part of the town, met the driver, and brougth the phone back to us. Confortable rooms, great breakfast, and excelent location.
