The lift access does not require card access hence security isnt tight and any non hotel guests can easily walk in and take the life up to hotel rooms.

Excellent location right within the Old Quarter and everywhere is within walking distance.

Good location, clean room, staff are friendly and able to communicate well in English. There is a very beautiful rooftop bar on the 11th floor. The spa is very professional. The drinks and bottled water in the room mini bar are not expensive, so it is quite convenient for the guest.

Superb location in the heart of the old city. Our club suite was on 2 floors and well appointed. The breakfast buffet had many choices for people, even fussy eaters. Room service was tasty and reasonably priced. Happy hour at the roof bar was not to be missed as you saw the sun set. The staff... Amazing. Attention to detail and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Lastly, the in-house Spa was superb. We'll priced for the area, with excellent Therapists.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff are so kind and helpful. The rooms are ammaculate and comfortable. The rooms are completely sound proof so you hear no noise from hanoi.

The rooms had a bell that was to noisy, the one next to us bothered us.

The rooms could have been bigger but the smaller size is to be expected in this part of the city.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hanoi La Siesta Hotel & Spa. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Quarter, just a short walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The rooms are stylish, with modern amenities and beautiful decor. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Hanoi La Siesta Hotel & Spa. It is a great place to stay if you're looking for a stylish, luxurious, and centrally-located hotel in Hanoi. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Boutique hotel in the middle of old quarter - location is excellent! The hotel itself is beautiful! Small and very very clean! The breakfast was superb and staff were extremely friendly and professional! We really enjoyed it all! This is by far the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam (and we’ve been here for almost a month).

Air conditioning in upstairs of duplex was not as powerful as downstairs so it was warmer.

A pool would have been great! The other issue was that there was a fair amount of noise from other hotel guests and housekeeping. it was muffled, but still loud enough to wake me up in the mornings. Maybe the problem was that i was put on a low floor and just opposite the spa area, so the through traffic along that corridor was high. Surprisingly, there wasn't that much street noise, so the external insulation was very good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and this was seen throughout the hotel, whether the receptionist counter staff, the wait staff in the restaurant, the staff at the rooftop bar or the doormen. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a wide variety of options. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and more than big enough for 2 persons.

Great hotel located in the old quarter of Hanoi. Walking distance to everything. Friendly Staff and good service. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food. Great rooftop bar with good drinks. I strongly recommend restaurant Cloud Nine at the sister hotel La Siesta Hang Be 3 minutes away. Wonderful food at a resonable price, and very good service.
