What can I say, Favorite place to stay while in Hanoi. Absolute value for money. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds are comfy and showers are quite nice. All the staff are pleasure, nice, and helpful with ideas and tips of what you could do while in Hanoi. Breakfast is delicious. Very helpful with planning transportation to other areas of Vietnam. Highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Little details could be improved but in general very good.

Very communicative staff. Even before our stay helped us organize some trips and transfers. Hotel well located in Hanoi’s old quarter. A little noise but it is expected. Staff very polite and helpful.

The location was strategic, the Manager, MrTiep Le and his staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful.. One of the best stay we had.. Best choice of stay our entire vacation Recommended to those who are planning to stay in Hanoi. Breakfast was awesome and tasty.

Our room had a window that we couldn’t open. Also there was a “sticker” on the window which blocked natural light to get in the room.

It was a little noisy when we stayed as they were renovating the building next door - not the hotels fault at all, but it did mean there was a bit of noise. The hotel did though send letters to all guests to apologise for the inconvenience which is nice! Also we decided to get some laundry done via the hotel, and that was fine although one of my T-shirts was ruined - it had stains all over it when it was returned and I couldn’t get them out; which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel was in a really good location, very close to all the usual attractions in the old quarter, with various shops, bars and restaurants also very close by. Staff very helpful and the included breakfast was fairly basic but good!

We had construction going on next door and the road crew laying a new road late into the night making the room smell...no discount given for the inconvenience...breakfast was mediocre only a set menu..staff very polite and the room clean...location was ok

The hotel has a really great central location. Every main attraction is in walking distance. The staff is super kind and helpful, they really work hard to make your stay pleasant. I had several request to them during our stay. My friend lost her camera and they called restaurants and hotels to find it, in addition, organized the transport of the camera that she could get it back. They managed laundry for us as well. They also stored our luggage while we went to trip to Sapa. The breakfast was also delicious. You can choose from several options and they prepare for you.

Paid for a double bed but it was clearly two single beds pushed together, not good enough. Weird and uncomfortable trying to sleep in the middle of the bed where there's a joint in the mattress.

Amazing breakfast, you can have as much as you want as well and they open reasonably early (06:30) which is good for those wanting to get out and about. Room was clean, shower and toilet are separate so you don't get water everywhere. People complain about construction noise but I am up early and out during the day, never noticed it and it was never during my sleep hours but it is around for those who like to sleep in beware. Didn't bother me though. Staff are helpful. Aircon worked good, wifi also good. Location good, in between the attractions (west of old quarter) and the old quarter itself, close to the best gym for travellers (x-men) and some good restaurants and a great coffee shop nearby.

Their service was excellent. It's excellent bcos I've stayed in a previous hotel in old quarter to compare, the location is much quieter, comfortable and also easy to get to places. Any help that you need, they attend to it. The bfast were very good too.

There was noise due to construction next door but this was something out of their control. They offered complimentary earplugs to their guests.

The room was a bit too small and having the window facing a tiny lightwell could make the room feel claustrophobic.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower pressure. Breakfast was great. The room was cleaned every day including the bathroom towels. They also arranged a taxi from the airport for us. The location is perfect! Highly recommended!

The facility might need a bit more maintenance such as water leakage and maybe a bit noisy at night but considering its location no complaints
