The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. I was informed before arrival at the hotel that I would be upgraded to the 4 star hotel (Beryl Charm and Spa) I would particularly like to highlight Paula. She contacted me the day before my arrival and took care of my transfer from the airport to the hotel. She also made recommendations for various day trips, which I booked these through her (Ha Long Bay, Ninh Bay ..) Paula even organized an extension to my hotel stay for me at short notice. Many thanks that ☺️

I booked to stay in this hotel and when I arrived they told me that I have to go to a different one (saying to me that they upgraded me 2 of the 3 rooms in the hotel called Le beryl signature hotel) so we had to go to the other hotel, so my review is for the other hotel and not this one. I didn't like that they just changed without texted me before because I booked this hotel due to the good reviews and then they send me to other one that it is beautiful but really noise (at 8 am in the morning you can hear someone Talking with a microphone really like fo an hour 😅

They transferred us to another hotel called beryl signature hotel so I did not stay at this hotel

Since before our stay that Sofia, a worker in Le Beryl, helped us to decide what to do and also to get the transfer even though it was new year in vietnam. The hotel was great, great acommodations, great location and the workers were always ready to help. Recomend to everyone.

Super comfy and very quiet compared to our other hotels in similar areas. We were moved to the Beryl Charm hotel owned by same people down the road so the review is for that one but it was great ! Free breakfast always a win too

I have a wonderful stay. I was a solo traveler and the entire staff made me feel at home. Paula contacted me before my stay and did everything to make my visit wonderful, scheduling trips and working so hard to fit all my needs. (Pete, Stacy and Sofie) were just so gracious and were always there to assist in every way. The room was also really nice, fully equipped and great location. The price was also excellent. I highy recommend the properties and I will surely return. Thank you Paula and all the staff for making my stay so memorable in Hanoi.

We had a very cozy and comfortable stay at Beryl Charm Hotel & Spa at Hanoi. We had been informed in advance that our booking has been shifted to this hotel from Le Beryl Hotel due to some management issues. The Beryl Charm Hotel is located in the heart of the city and walking distance to all sights. We liked the room and the staff who were very friendly and accommodative. Paula, our hotel contact was in touch on WhatsApp from a few days before we travelled and helped us to be comfortable. We even got a local Sim Card from the front desk (for a fee). Rooms were clean and a decent Continental cum Vietnamese breakfast was available as buffet. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I had made my booking via Booking.com for the Le Beryl Hanoi. I was asked a few hours before check in if I could come to the Beryl Signature, a few streets away. The room was bigger and better. I can't say whether this is true or not because I didn’t see the other hotel. When I checked in, I was asked to cancel my reservation at the other hotel via booking. The lady at reception didn't speak English very well, but we managed to resolve the situation with her mobile phone and a translation programme. I then had to pay the same price for the new hotel on the spot, but unfortunately with a 3% surcharge for card payment. That's not much, but still - I didn't ask to change hotels.

My stay at the Beryl was pleasant. The location is very good. You can walk directly to the city centre. I was able to check in earlier, which was nice. The room was large, bright and comfortable and had a kettle, some tea and coffee, a hair dryer, a safe, TV and air condition. The breakfast was was at a different hotel 5 min walking distance. It was quite good. There were fresh eggs on request, some hot dishes, fruit and toast.

The staff was awesome. 5 stars for them especially Sophia. She helps us with everything. She was very nice and did her job very well. She gaves us informations about the country, the cities and cultural facts. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be in the heart of the old quarter.

Our stay at le Beryl Hanoi.... Was very comfortable... At first we were a bit dissappiinted abt the room as we were on a triple sharing basis... But as renovations were going on... They had to shift us to one of their other properties... But the staff was very very humble and helpful... A very very spl thks to Sofia... She was in contact with us ever since we landed in Hanoi and made sure we were really comfortable at all given points... Their location is superb and we cud walk to all nearby places... I wud definitely suggest it to all.. Thks

Everything! Service: Paula was awesome, very informative and nice. She was soo helpful and gave all the right information. Catherine is also very nice and attentive. They gave us a room upgrade, so that was pretty sweet. The room was clean and sufficient for such a bargain price. Breakfast: They have buffet and order menu (my omelette was soo good, do try the Pho)

Everything was perfect. Maybe the tea cups in the room are rather small. I used the glass for my tea. but thats a really small detail. My stay was perfect :)
