What an awesome hotel! Every time we went past the lobby, we were greeted with huge smiles. The staff showed real genuine care in making our stay the best it could be. The room itself was very clean and spacious, and it made for a very comfortable sleep. We stayed here twice, and it was a no-brainer staying there on our second trip. The breakfast is good also with a great selection of Asian and western options. The location is also great.

Front desk staff were very helpful in arranging our Ha Giang Loop tour including transportation to and from Ha Giang. The hotel is in a good location just a few blocks from beer street.

We only stayed here one night before leaving for a HaLong Bay Cruise, but it was a very nice hotel in Hanoi. Great location, and easy to find. The hotel set up airport transport for us for a very reasonable cost. Would have liked to stay longer as it was very comfortable and clean for our stay.

This is a very long narrow building, with alot of the rooms having internal windows, but I'm sure this is very common for the area. Definitely not an issue for us. There was a safe in the room but it was not actually attached to anything. The single bed was very hard, could be resolved with a padded cover.

The Liliane Hotel is lovely, really friendly with caring staff. It's set right in the heart of the Old Town, with Train Street a short walk in one direction and the lake a 10 minute walk in the other direction. It's not 5 star but as somewhere to stay in the old town, it's ideal and you're sure to receive a really warm welcome. Decor is enhances with lots of lanterns bith inside and out. We loved it.

I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very very friendly and helps you with everything. Our room was big and very clean. The beds were comfortable. WiFi was working very good. For breakfast you can choose between tasty dishes and get a lot of fruits. The hotel is located in the old quarter, walking distance to everything.

Some rooms have no outside windows, one of ours was like this during one of the stays (we stayed at this hotel 3 times). The central location was a downside for me as I found dodging motorbikes, vendors, cars etc the moment I stepped out the hotel a bit daunting. I hadn't realised this before booking and no one else in our group had a problem with this so it depends from person to person.

Wonderful, helpful staff who organised transport and trips for us. They have a great area with two tables and chairs plus power point off the entrance where they provide tea, coffee, fruit and candy and allow guests to stay after check-up. We took advantage of this and our son plus his 3 friends staying in a hostel nearby were allowed to use it, too after their check-out. This made our lives so much easier. The hotel is very centrally located, we reached lots of places by foot. There are all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes 2 minutes' walk. The air conditioning works well and the room which have outside windows are reasonably quiet considering the location.

Amazing hotel with the best staff ever, they gave us great help every time we had a question or needed to book something for our trip. Very professionnal and so nice. Rooms are large, clean and comfy. Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is the Best we tasted in VietNam. Very good location in the center of the old quarter.

The room I was staying in didn’t have a window to the outside, it was a window that opened to the stairs so could be noisy at times

The property was in a good central location. The reception staff were lovely, very helpful on checking in with providing a map with numerous recommendations of things to see in the city. I was lucky enough to get my room upgraded FOC which was appreciated as a solo traveller. the rooms were spacious, with a fan and good AC unit. The bathrooms were also good, clean and all amenities were provided. Rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast was standard. Good selection of fruit

Perfect hotel, very clean, perfect location with lift to all floors and good breakfast. The staff could speak very good English and were amazing!! They were incredibly helpful and always happy to help. Will definitely stay in this hotel when we come back to Hanoi….❤️❤️❤️
