I don’t know who designed this but I’m sure that they didn’t learn that bathrooms should have privacy. There bathroom are part of the room with glass everywhere and no room. Yes, no way to close the bathroom, so be ready to hear everything that’s happening there

I cannot say anything i did not like. I felt quite comfortable there for the money i paid.

Very good value for money. I would say a better deal than others similars. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location in a nice street where u can see local people life. Very close to railway. You can take a seat in one of the bars just beside (1.5 m away) and see old trains passing.

Value for money, all walking distance to attractions. Mr Tony was veey helpful, he provided me all the teips and convenience I needes. His tour for Halong bay was perfect. Fully recommend.

Great big room, an amazing shower. Everything felt super fancy for a good price!

Shower was not in a separate room to sleeping area. Only a light curtain pulls across (no door). If you spent more than 5 minutes showering steam got into bedroom and condensation forms all over the walls, a recipe for disaster with mould and i would advise the owner to address this issue, we stayed in room 403. We only stayed 2 days so only showered once. Beds were hard, but passable. Overall though, good value for money and a friendly atmosphere here.

The mattresses were very hard. We were asked to move rooms due them giving us the wrong room at check in and in the second room we were in the aircon was very hit and miss. The bathroom door opened onto one of the beds which made it a bit awkward to get in and out. Felt that the very friendly man who was down in reception most days was a bit invasive with some of his questions when we were visibly quite tired and run down.

Property was clean and spacious, was good to have a lift as we were on a high floor. Rooms were decent and comfortable enough. A short walk from everything else in the centre of the city.

Spartan: it looks old, the bathroom is "in" the bedroom, no view from the window, no breakfast. I wouldn't suggest it for a romantic trip unless you are really on a budget or if you more or if both of you are "spartan" (like me).

Very spartan, but clean and comfy enough. If you want a private room with private bathroom in the old town I think it's different to find something with this level of quality/price ratio. It's easy to find because close to the rail and to a very good coffee place on a corner. There is a little place where to keep the laptop and sit, not the best to work for many days, but good enough to stay for a while. Wifi was good, it didn't work for a few hours but in general it was good.

There is a condition in the booking that 3 nights and 3 hours day. But the hotel people interpret it as the total stay is allowed only 3 hours in day time only. If want to stay in night we will have to more cash. This hotel also told me this condition but didn't insist more money. But the previous hotel Hanoi Homestay2 demanded more than double the booking amount and asked to cancel the booking if I do not make extra amount So I cancelled that booking. People should be aware of this condition while making the booking.

If you prefer privacy in the bathroom, you might feel uncomfortable because there is an almost transparent glass wall between the bathroom and the main part of the room.

A great location, right in the Old Quarter. Not so far from the Hoan Kiem lake. The room was clean and cozy. I booked the cheaper room, but it wasn't available when I checked in, so the staff proposed me a room even better than I expected, with a panoramic view of the city.

I didn't want to leave.

Mr. Tony (owner) and staff are amazing. So friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The room, location, facilities, staff, cleanliness, and price are all top marks. I will definitely be back. 100% brilliant wee spot.
