The hotel seems old, tv and fridge didn’t work and the bed wasn’t comfortable enough.

Perfect location, very helpful staff and good wifi. We could do an early check-in without previous notice, the staff was always able to answer my questions and we stayed in the common area after the check out (waiting for our late night bus). They have a complimentary coffee/tea station in the lounge.

First room had no window and was small we asked for a window and a little bigger and was facilitated.

Location was spot on right in the old quarter l. We did all our booking with the girl on the reception she was so helpful and they stored our bags when we went on the 3 day bike loop and the 2 day hailong bay cruise

We are okay with the uneven stairs but the hotel may not be suitable for older people.

Jenny, the hotel manager always returned our message promptly. Very convenient location with minimart across and tons of PHO places and restaurant which open days and night.

Pictures were a bit deceiving, the building is not in the best shape, or rather it is a bit old. Still nice though.

The location was perfect for visiting landmarks in the vicinity and the staff was quite friendly.

Don't buy a sim at the counter, it took them more than 30 minutes to install them. Didn't have hot water. Didn't have a window in our room

Very basic rooms but nothing was missing that you would not need typically, comfortable enough staying.

Great placement in the old quarter where everything to see or do is within walking distance. The staff were amazing even though the language barrier was slightly hard, they sorted us with our phone sims, water whenever we needed and plenty of recommendations.

- The room are somewhat small if you want to sit for a while. We’re 185+cm with 2 backpacks and 2 daypacks. - The room needs a paint job. It’s deprecated. - Our bed was sagging, other than that it was okay.

Perfect location to explore Hanoi They have Motorbikes for rental. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the Train Street Laundry is right across the street. we would like to come back.

The hotel seemed like it was once very nice, but is in general need of maintenance/repair (mostly cosmetic). The mattresses were just covered with a top sheet, there was no mattress pad or fitted sheet, so the sheet slid around and made the already-hard bed kind of uncomfortable. The hot water temperature was set WAY too high, and several of us were burned by the water, and my daughter burned her hand on the water pipe in the shower.

The staff were very helpful anytime we had a question, and we easily had our laundry sent out, extra pillows delivered to our room, and our luggage stored while we went on a trip to Ha Long Bay. It was an acceptable place to stay for one night on either end of our Ha Long Bay trip.
