The location of the hotel is just perfect to roam around the city. We checked in 9 hours early and hotel gave us free early checkin and a free upgrade. Staff Eic and Chu were really sweet , they even helped us for our trip to Ninh Binh and that too for half the price on the internet. Its a must try place to stay. Thankyou for making our honeymoon a memorable one.

We were upgraded as soon as we arrived, and the staff were super friendly. Great location with lots of shops and cafes within a 10 minute walk. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Diamond Legend Hotel! The rooms are very comfortable, HUGE bed and great shower! Very clean and had everything you need, including blow dryer, fridge and free bottled water every day. Personell was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast too, they make you fresh eggs, there are fresh juices etc. The best thing about the hotel is it’s location! We could walk to every attraction in a short time, the longest way would take about 30min, so you save a lot on transportation! Would 100% recommend! We arrived earlier than check-in time and could store our bags there while we went out.

Convenient and great location to go around Hoan Kiem lake.The staffs are very friendly and helpful and provide us with information around the city or tourist sites. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and it is highly recommended for this price of a hotel.

Lobby and breakfast room a bit dated and cluttered with hotel equipment.

Great place to stay while in Hanoi, very close to most of the major attractions, laundry service nearby, away from major traffic noise, upgraded to balcony room with city view, tall ceiling, newly renovated, adequate breakfast with egg station, we stayed 4 nights, and the best part is their helpful staff, especially Eric, who organized our tours to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay at affordable prices. Very professional and responsive to our needs. Will stay at Diamond Legend Hotel again whenever I'm visiting Hanoi. Two thumbs up!

It was not clean. Especially bathroom. Our room only had a window which opened on to the stair well so it was quite loud and apparently that was an upgrade to what I had booked. Quite expensive for what you get compared to others.

The room was big and spacious, breakfast had a good selection. Ideal location in the old quarter of Hanoi.

For some reason, we couldnt stay at this hotel, so they sent us to a different hotel with almost the same name, but directly in the middle of party street. Hotel on its own was sort of ok, but we havent slept for three nights

The room wasn’t clean, molt on the walls and in the bathroom. Old skin of small animals on the walls. Lot of dust around the bed, clearly wasn’t properly cleaned for months. Pictures looked much better, breakfast was also not that good (in a basement)

Diamond Legend is an excellent hotel, with one of the friendliest and helpful staff I have ever encountered. Professional and courteous from the get go, I strongly recommend this hotel. Also, when organising activities and transfers around Hanoi such as Sa Pa and Ninh Binh, Diamond Legend provides excellent service at very very good prices.
