Great price for everything. Location was great, near center with a lot of good restaurant, coffeeshop and Hàn Market. The staffs were nice and helpfull.

To compare with money to pay I expected more cleaner. The hotel did not change bedsheets during our period of stay.

The location was good, it was near Han Market just a few blocks away, in front of the Han River easy to go anywhere. have a supermarket under the building it very comfortable. also you can walk to Famous Cafe just for 5 minute.

I noticed that shower gel too small not sufficient.The bathtub height too high and no handle to hold is dangerous for elderly. I realized that the bedsheet not changed for next check in new guests.Kindly monitor the cleanliness of the floor once I step in is sandy and sticky and saw ants and cockroach crawling around at times.The hotel view is spectulor beautiful for day and night and hope to keep up the cleanliness of the rooms.Tq

As I paid the local currency to the hotel the girl in the reception told me she was short of few thousand in giving me the changes, I told her not to worry and got my change back then I took the key to my room. After a while when I was in the washroom, the reception rang and told my wife the change being 7000 VND short, as my wife knew nothing about it, it was me who checked in so she told her we would come down. when we were at the reception the girl told us though the shortage being small amount, it could not match the account making a problem for her. since the amount was nothing for us, I immediately handed over 10,000 VND to her without asking any change. The incident involved only small amount of money making me wonder why it had happened as far as I was concerned it was not the value of money being big or small, it was trust issue, when the girl felt embarrassed that she was short of change, we told her not to worry and received the change back without checking but it made us annoyed and confused the later call telling the shortage of money again. it involved about 10,000 something VND altogether, for us it was nothing, the tips we gave out might be 10 times more, it was the trust it counts.

Near night market and tourist attraction

A bit noisy so can be difficult if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise will recommend to stay in this hotel.

Like the clean & bright room but it is rather noisy as it faces a main road. Nice view of Han River and the Dragon Bridge from the room though as it has an almost full length window. Within walking distance to the Han Market and there are quite a few good choices of nice and cheap food around the hotel area.

-A great value -Very friendly staff -Stable wifi- can be relied on to make work phone calls -Western style shower- Shower in many of the rooms (I stayed in a few different ones) is in its own compartment so water doesnt get all of the bathroom/toilet area. Kept the place a lot cleaner and rare for southeast asia. However, some of the rooms didnt havnt it this way. -No problems with keeping a motorbike in their garage. When returning late at night, the attendants and reception were not angry at me for waking them up (many hotel reception staff anywhere in Southeast Asia will sleep during the graveyard hours at the entrance or front desk). They were cheerful and happy to let me in/out with my motorbike. -The keycard system means that I dont have to carry around clunky/bulky key sets in my pockets

The people employed at the hotel do all what they can in order to help their guests. Particulary Quynh Nhi is a shinning star in the reception.
