Everything! Ms P is amazing. They let us check out late when we had a night bus because the room wasn’t booked. The laundry service was free. There was drinking water provided just outside our room for us to use. There was a kitchen for use and some facilities on the ground floor too. The location was right near the beach and a shop so everything we needed was really close!

Ms Phuong was very friendly, I arrived at midnight almost 3 hours later than I informed, even though she gave me a friendly reception. The room was clean, internet was good, everything was nice.

This is a really lovely place to stay. Of everywhere we've stayed in Vietnam over the last 3 months, this one was hands down the most comfortable, with the most attention to detail. The cleanest place we've been to. The host has an area where you can get extra towels or any toiletries that you need. Free tea/coffee and fruits. The free laundry service is great. Comes back quickly, clean, and folded. Just a genuinely impressive place for much cheaper than it could be.

We loved our stay at Happy Home that we prolonged it. Twice. Ms. Phuong is taking care of every single detail to make your stay memorable. Room is spotless, and you can have housekeeping clean you room and change towels when you need it. There is free water on each floor, even some coffee and bananas in the looby. Free laundry is available. Location is perfect, close to the beach but from the main busy street. It is a great value for money.

The room I was in has no window to outdoors (faces inside toward other rooms…like a ventilation chute). So when my window blind was open, I can see into 2 other people’s room, and they can see into mine. It’s very awkward so I always kept my blind closed. That makes it hard to wake up without natural light. Also, as per Mrs. Phuong rules, the room’s main power be shut off (whenever you are not in the room). That makes sense and that is great. However, the mini fridge in the room is connected to that main power line as well. Don’t be dumb like me and buy a bunch of perishables on the first day of your trip because things will go bad. 🥲. Also if you return in the evening, be ready for that fridge to make a lot of noise for at least 5-6 hours while you try to sleep as it is working so hard to reach the proper temperature. Haha… anyway, this is a minor issue and you could just unplug the fridge if it is bothersome. I eventually got used to it.

This place is wonderful and Mrs. Phuong is super nice and takes great care of her guests. The bed is very comfortable and I liked the clean modular furniture. You can tell that Mrs. Phuong took a lot of effort to design the place with the guests’ comfort in mind (example, nice desk area/counter space, a large bench/shelf space which fits a carry on sized bag, so you can have your luggage opened and still have some organization), hooks and racks in the bathroom…. The location is just tucked away in a quiet cul de sac on the main road, so it’s very convenient.

This is a comfortable hotel across the street from the beach. It's simple and clean, and the manager is very accommodating and friendly. She does the guest's laundry for free. I didn't realize the economy room had no window to the outside when I booked, but I decided to keep it anyway due to the price. The lighting and size of the room made it ok. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

This has been my favourite place to stay whilst I’ve been travelling through Vietnam. Ms Phuong was a lovely and friendly host. The room was clean and it was great size with lots of space. I really like the big shower that I had. I would definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Nha Trang.

Very calm and clean hotel, near the beach (in an alley) but without the noises of circulation or of the sea. Very friendly staff, very helpful and always present when you need them. If you are looking for a discrete and calm place, this is the place. What's more the price is really incredible for this prestation.
