We stayed only one night here on 12 may just for because of an early flight next morning the girl at the reception was so helpful and warm welcome us great location lovely and clean studio room we had with everything you needed just felt like home. We will stay here again, thank you so much

I didn't like it because the place is far from the city center. But the grab is too cheap going to the hanoi old center so it's not a problem.

I like the apartment, it has a kitchen, a big ref, an automatic washing machine, and also a bathtub! It's worth it. The bed is also comfortable. The price is also cheap for this room!

I was missing a kitchen and washing machine in the suite. There is plenty of space for it so it would be nice to add it as in the other rooms.

The Sauna was amazing. Hot water worked perfectly. Nice area. The staff is so kind and always ready to help. They organised the transfer to the airport and I strongly recommend you take that service. It was cheaper and stress free compared to the scam of taxi drivers in Hanoi airport.

The Apartment was phenomenal. The hosts were kind to give us our room early due to our overnight flight. All facilities were provided and was in very close proximity to Old Quater and right on Westlake.

Well, friends who have stayed here said there was some sort of smell from the bathroom pipes, but I’ve stayed here a few times and never noticed this. You could just close the bathroom door, or bring an air freshener. I have never had a problem. There are some rooms that dont’ have a view, those would not be my first choice.

Having a kitchen and separate bedroom. Also, quiet area but close walk to stores, restaurants, street life. ALSO if you get one of the lake view rooms, the view is SWEET!!

I arrived from the bus very early, around 5am, and they were able to check me in. They updated my room from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. It was really nice and cozy! And the location right by the lake was really cool. Definitely recommend it.

I recommend to hang a curtain in the bathroom and put a mop, cause the water would always flood the floor and stay here for along time.

Hotel is located in 30 minutes walk from the city center, in 7 minutes walk there is a Circle K - 24-hours mini market. We had a spacious room with everything needed, little stove and even washing machine with dryer mode. The core advantage for us was that every room provide private wifi router ✨

I have stayed here several times in different rooms. Once I had a two-bedroom that had no view and only a small window in one bedroom facing mostly a wall and no window in the other bedroom. Not my favorite. I booked a junior suite with lake view terrace and it was very strange. Enough storage for a medium size shop, display cases, closets galore, but no kitchen. I had been super psyched about the terrace with lake view, but you could not see the lake from the room. You had to walk onto the terrace, it was a nice terrace however. The staff told me that a different junior suite with terrace had a better configuration for the view but I didn’t see that room. I LOVE the one bedroom with lake view rooms. Not sure if any 2 BRs have lake view. Another thing… if you don’t confirm your arrival time they may cancel your room! Check for messages on booking.com to avoid this situation.

It’s a quiet street but close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms with a view of the lake are key! Also there is a good size fridge, kitchen, and washer/dryer in most (not all) rooms. The rooms are clean, basic IKEA-ish furnishings, but suit my needs well. Most lake view rooms have a small balcony with two chairs. I love waking up to a view of the lake from my bed. The staff at the reception were very nice and spoke English fairly well. It’s not a hotel-like property, there is no real lobby and no restaurant. But you have more space, and kitchen/washer dryer in most rooms which I find preferable. There is great coffee and a small bistro on the street.
