From the moment we checked in, the owner stood out as kind and helpful. Her own family are there too and all very friendly. The mattress in the room was the best we've come across while travelling. I'd like it for my own house at home! The shower was great too. Nice to have a separate shower instead of it wetting the toilet etc. The breakfast was also the best we've come across. You're given a menu to choose from different types of eggs, omelettes or traditional breakfasts. We had black coffee with it. Lastly, the laundry service was quick and affordable. Really impressed. We'd recommend it to anyone coming to Sapa. Wish we'd stayed the night before our trek as well as after

Hotel arranged my bus transfer from Hanoi airport to Sapa which was a VIP bus cabin. I was very happy with the bus company they chose. Hotel also arranged my trekking tour for the next day. The location is also excellent which is a short distance from the Sun Plaza.

The owners are really friendly and helpful. They helped us booking the fansipan cable car tickets + return taxi and allowed us to leave our backpacks while we were doing our trek in sapa Valley. The room was clean, with a nice view of the mountains, the breakfast was good, the location was central. We'll definitely book again here if we come back to Sapa.

Amazing place to stay! The owners were lovely and helpful, they booked us trips which were great and good value. Breakfast was nice, the room views were incredible, very comfy bed and good bathroom.

I wouldn't recommend the third bed to people, who might struggle with back pain or generally need a comfortable bed.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. We were able to check-in and out at comfortable times, meeting the arrival and departure times of the overnight bus. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you need. Two of our three beds were also very comfortable.

This is a fantastic hotel run by Anna & her husband who will help you with anything you need to do. She organised our trekking, bus ticket to Ha Giang, cable car tickets,laundry and motorcycle. We had view of mountains from our balcony which was fantastic. Room was great and a good breakfast. One of the best places we have stayed in Vietnam

On the first night, our bedroom was facing the street. There were constructions starting at 6 am which woke us up. The hotel can‘t do anything about that - what they did do is give us a room facing the other side where we slept like angels. The staff was super friendly!
