The room phone didn't work.

The boat is medium sized and quite new. Rooms are spacious and clean. Balcony is good for having tea and watching views in private. The bathroom has view and private Jacuzzi which is very nice. The 3 days 2 nights schedule is relaxing and interesting. Food is great. In summary can't praise them enough. Staff team led by Mr. Tommy is wonderful, always doing beyond to help. Mr. Lam the tour guide is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you team for making the trip wonderful for us.

Everything was perfect!

Our experience at the Hermes Cruise was nothing short of exceptional. The team were absolutely incredible who were lead by Tommy. Our tour guide Lam was full of energy and kept us consistently laughing. Peter the restaurant manager was so accommodating and provided sublime food that wasn’t just delicious to eat but was also picture perfect. We couldn’t fault them on any occasion. The whole experience was once in a lifetime and cannot wait to be able to come again! Thank you to our wonderful hostesses Thanh, Thu and Nhung. Overall everyone was a delight.

Nothing major. We were very happy with everything!

My family and I enjoyed our short stay! We were able to relax on the cruise and enjoy all of the shore activities. The food was excellent, the chef is dedicated and all the staff are wonderful! It is the staff that make the cruise memorable and enjoyable especially Mr. Lam our tour guide, the cruise manager Mr. Tommy, and Mr. Jack at the cruise restaurant. My family is very happy!

There was some miscommunication about activities. There wasn't a sunrise Tai Chi which my lover was very much looking forward to. "Lover" in the Taylor Swift way not like acccctual "lovers."

Itinerary for sightseeing could be more and should also take care of people who don't know swimming should have alternate kayaking options at beach..

The crew was amazing.. The Manager Mr. Tommy, Ast. Manager Mr. Lam and Mr. Peter the restaurant manager and all the crew members are friendly and their hospitality was great.. We would love to come back again.. the view from the room was amazing..interiors are also good..

We really loved the cruise to bits. The ship is rather new and it was felt all the way through. The staff took a really great care of us all the time. Especially the cruise manager, Tommy, was very attentive. The room was clean with a spacious balcony and a huge bathtub. The food there is totally top notch.

Firstly, people! Super kind and looking after us throughout the cruise. Tommy was fantastic - he helped to arrange a surprise for my husband’s birthday, had a lovely chat whilst squid fishing. Fabulous! Boat was very clean, great facilities throughout. Thank you! Food was lovely, great idea for a set dinner menu & they accommodate any allergies or if people don’t eat certain foods.

The schedule for one day is quite hectic. Wish we had some time to sleep in but it was good. The property charges a 3 percent surcharge quoting taxes which we have not seen on other properties booked via booking.com

The staff are very kind and courteous. Special thank you to Mr. Tommy the manager who gave us a surprise upgrade to the presidential suite and Mr. Lam who will really lighten up your day when he takes you on tours.

Only thing is that is was short on vegetarian options in the buffet but for dinner the chef cooked separately for me !!

It was super comfortable, spacious and beautiful! Tommy and the entire crew were amazing, they answered every question and were really helpful throughout the entire time! Such a great time, i highly recommended this experience to anyone who comes to Vietnam!

The boat is stunning and we really liked the ensuite bedroom with the bathtub and the private balcony. The crew were very nice and helpful during our stay, and the hikes were guided. The food was sensational, the chef did a fantastic job. The cruise manager Tommy was great, he was helpful throughout the trip and made sure all our needs were promptly attended, thanks Tommy and the team, we had a great time.

This appeared to be the best cruise ship we saw out of all on the bay. Very new, well appointed, and with excellent facilities. The staff were all very friendly and keen to help in any way they could. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and it was amazing - probably the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in as it had a huge deck, private outdoor pool, floor to ceiling windows, indoor spa, and separate shower.

The boat was stunning and the views were amazing the entire trip. Staff have been absolutely amazing, very friendly and always happy to assist if you need. Staff upgraded our room for us. The activities offered were a lot of fun. Definately recommend 2 night cruise to fully embrace and take advantage of the amazing trip.

Seriously... I can't think of anything....

It was a wonderful trip. The beds were very comfortable, the boat was pretty new, the staff were joyful although only 2 of the crew spoke English.
