Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing useful advice on local attractions and assisting with Grab bookings. They also recommended excellent local dining options. The hotel's riverside location offers a beautiful view and ensures that the rooms stay cool in the afternoons. From my spacious room, I had a stunning view of the Dragon Bridge. The accommodations are large and offer great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel as a great choice for any traveler.

Gorgeous room, huge and really big bathroom too! Toiletries, towels and a big TV with netflix etc. really comfortable sleep and strong aircon. very central location and right on the river. lots of restaurants and shops around - nice souvenir shops and really recommend Mlem for desserts just round the corner and pizza 4ps which was delicious if you’re craving it!

Malaysia1. Location - walking distance to Han Market and Dragon Bridge. 2. We booked a room with river view and had a great view of the river. Room 601 has a balcony with a panoramic view, including the Dragon Bridge. 3. The suite room is large and clean. 4. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. 5. Many restaurants were within walking distance, so the abscence of a restaurant is not a problem. 6. The price is a bargain for what we had.
