There are minors things in the rooms that need to be fixed (e.g. shower head; microwave). They are small things and did not impact in any way our stay. Our suggestion is to fix or repair these things as soon as possible for them not to accumulate. If you leave repair to accumulate, this can start to impact guests and they will start to write less positive reviews

The treasure of Vietnam and HNC Hotel is their people (e.g. Apple, Banana and Durian at HNC - funny names for excellent Human Beings). Very good customer services. We recommend the Hotel to all travellers

While our recent booking through Booking.com had its highlights, there were notable aspects of the property that fell short of expectations. Firstly, cleanliness was a significant concern. Despite the property's potential, it was evident that the cleaning standards were not up to par. Additionally, the intrusion on privacy by the cleaners, who seemed more focused on monitoring our activities rather than ensuring cleanliness, was unsettling.

We found the property itself quite appealing, with its amenities and location meeting our expectations. The staff were particularly noteworthy for their warmth and hospitality, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Very nice and big apartment located in narrow, clean neighbourhood's alley. Great place for couple or group of friends with lot of restaurants, shops, things to see around. Apartment was fully loaded, clean and receptionist was kind and helpful. I have to Highly recommend.

Some things in the room were a bit damaged (or could be improved) like one of the blinds couldn't go all the way down, an electrical outlet plastic cover was loose, a door stopper metal piece could be taken out and was a bit dusty as the floor under the bed. If you don't have small children you might not really notice it though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the services they offered from beginning to end.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! They helped us book Grabs, the trip they organized for us to Ha Long Bay was exceptional, and they had a lot of ideas about what to see and do while we were in town. It was so good, we re-booked here for an extra night later in our trip.

These are not criticisms, just observations. Hanoi attracts a certain demographic of traveler because it is so inexpensive. It is incredibly noisy with motorbikes that buzz around like hornets. Horns beep constantly, and crossing the street is an adventure in and of itself. Beware that even though the light is green, vehicles will not stop. The open-air markets are absolutely medieval with open butchering of meat and stacks of produce. There are no prices posted. Street food vendors use hoses to "wash" dishes and the water empties into the gutter. If you've wanted to know what life was like in ancient Rome or Tudor England, your questions will be answered. This all said, Hanoi is typical of how the world outside of the G20 nations operates.

My room was actually a two-bedroom apartment and compared to Tokyo, very spacious. The building was in a courtyard away from the street and was very quiet. The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly, helpful, and chatty in a way that I'd NEVER encountered ANYWHERE I've traveled to, especially in JAPAN. They always asked about my plans and offered suggestions and explanations. They were able to help me with a money transaction that hotel staff in Japan or anywhere else in the world would never do. I struggled with the currency every day because of the number of zeros, e.g. 100,000 VND is just $4.00. There is a supermarket just 2 minutes away which was a godsend.

Our apartment was great, clean and with all facilities. The two guys at the reception were kind and attentive. Location is great in the center but away from chaos, just one street away from the old quarter. Recommended. Our bathroom even had the japanese wc xD

There were a couple of things that didn't quite work during our 2 separate bookings. They might have been broken by previous guests and were fixed after been reported or a staff member came right away to show how to find an alternative solution.

The staff was very helpful and it was very appreciated since it was our introduction to Hanoi and Vietnam in general. Each member seemed to be available even when it's not their shift.

The view when we first opened the apartment door is amazing. We were not expecting those city views or such a large spacious dining and lounge area. The place exceeded our expectations. The staff were great. The rooms spacious. The location good. Right opposite is a cute cafe and there's a hairdresser's too. Theres a mini mart just up the road as well and train Street is only a short 10 minute walk.

Everything! The reception staff Apple and Lee were so kind and helpful in so many ways - we really appreciated that - thank-you so much. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped - and pleasantly quiet compared to the noise of the Old quarter. Really pleased - thank-you so much for a really good stay.

Only drawback is the is no looking mirror neither inside the bedrooms no in the living room. Only mirror available is inside the bathroom.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It’s basic but has everything you need. It’s very well located, just outside the hustle and bustle of the city but within walking distance. The manager was great! We would love to stay again.

No washing machine is being provided in the Apt. I didn't find the mattress very comfortable because you could feel the springs. But overall it's fine.

Ms. Apple is kind and very helpful. She makes sure that your stay is comfortable. Place is maintained very clean. I would definitely come back to this place.
