Moments for improvement, but they are not critical: tweak the sockets near the bed - they are not quite solid, the phone charger did not hold up had to charge in the socket under the table. And a bit weak air conditioning

We were upgraded to a higher class room free of charge. Inside room everything is clean, no cockroaches and bedbugs (because of it we urgently left the previous hotel). Breakfast is full filing and has varies of food. Very cute dog of the owners of the hotel . The elevator goes well. The room is modern renovation, looks very elegant. Location is perfect - quiet place, but in the middle of city.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hoang Lan Hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and lovely shower. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, accommodating all our requests. The breakfast food was varied and fresh. Location was good, with plenty of good restaurants around.

Didn't empty bathroom bin all week. Could do with new towels - looked a bit grey rather than white.

Only thing which can be better was the ac. It worked at an optimal level and not cooling the room fast enough.

The staff as very helpful even though they did not speak English fluently. They upgraded our room wihtout asking because the ac was not working in the room we booked. That was a nice gesture. The breakfast was repetitive but very satisfying. To be honest we did not miss anything and having delicious local food was nice. The location is perfect.

Staff at reception provided limited help for the enquiries I had regarding my travel (baggage storage was just next to reception where there was limited space, no flexibility at all regarding check-in time considering we arrived really early, etc.), English skills were limited.

Clean hotel at a convenient location. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was spacious enough and had all necessary amenities. Best of all was the breakfast, we found it providing variety of options, delicious and with local/traditional elements.

I asked for a room with TV that shows International channels such as CNN, BBC, and NHK World. The first room had something wrong to work. They were willing to change the room to another one. Then I enjoyed staying watching the programs. The room was clean all the time and the breakfast was delicious.

Quiet location back from busy street in District 3 (25-30 min walk to District 1), room was good size and clean, breakfast was excellent. Owners/staff were very welcoming and helpful.

AC took a long time to cool the room. It was fine once it was cool.

It was a bit of a walk to the city center, but of course we knew that from the start. We used Grab a couple of times to get back to the hotel quicker, but in turn you get nice quiet rooms and that is worth a lot.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable to us. While there was a bit of a language barrier sometimes, it was clear that the staff were always helpful and tried their best. The hotel is also located in a quiet street, so it definitely offers some quiet in the busy Ho Chi Minh City.
