It's our favourite stay in all of Vietnam! The location is amazing with a gorgeous view, the owners are extremely nice and helpful and they even let us do an early check in with no extra charge at 4 am. We also had dinner there several times and it was delicious. It's possible to get free bikes to go around and they help you with everything you might need (bus tickets, motorbike rental, laundry etc).

The location was absolutely beautiful and very quiet. It’s more in the countryside, so you can have nice walks along the river. Besides, you can borrow bikes or rent a scooter to go to the main attractions (which are all about 15 minutes away from the hotel by scooter). You can also borrow the paddle boards of the hotel to go up or down the river. We enjoyed also playing pool in the evening after a delicious meal. The owner is really nice and is very caring. He takes good care of the hotel and is always busy cleaning around. Plus, they have cute dogs running around.

Lovely Homestay with the most welcoming and kind family. They were so kind to us. The Homestay is beautiful on the river, it has a wonderful pool and such a serene vibe. There also some nice restaurants just near by. We rented a scooter from the Homestay and were able to cruise around. All in all enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Stunning Homestay, picturesque scenery and kind and helpful family! We loved our stay here and the free bicycles were perfect for all the places we wanted to visit nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great and they even had an ice cream freezer. We loved going for a swim in the pool after getting back from a cycle ride. Our stay felt very tranquil and was made all the better by the presence of their adorable puppy, Lucky. We were sad to leave.

This place exceeded our expectations, even after reading all the great reviews. The location is spectacular - it’s quiet and peaceful yet still only a short bike to some great attractions. You are surrounded by limestone karsts and water so you feel like you are soaking up the scenery every minute you are there, even when lying in bed! The staff are lovely, the free bikes plentiful, the food very tasty and reasonably priced. The pool was the biggest treat - it was extremely hot so we went out in the morning and afternoon and came back to laze in the pool and use the SUPs in the middle of the day. We had kids with us so couldn’t rent the scooters but you can call a Grab taxi or ask the owner to be your taxi. All in all this was a highlight of our time in Vietnam. We didn’t want to leave.

Some people playing music from a speaker outside my room in the morning, luckily I was awake already but it's quite inconsiderate of other guests. But I have lived in Vietnam for 7 years now and peace and quiet is hard to come by.

This place is incredible, the location is perfect, they even have paddle boards to explore down the river. Honestly it's stunning! An amazing location. PERFECT.

The rooms are a bit small for three people so you're better off booking two, if you can, to spread out.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a nice touch with a few Western and Vietnamese options to choose from. The ginger tea is delicious. It's handy having a restaurant on-site since it's quite a distance from the main town. There are, however, a few places to eat within walking distance when you want to try something different so you won't feel like you're stuck. I appreciated the hammocks that are available to relax, read a book and enjoy the sunset at the end of the day. There are also bikes and paddleboards to borrow for free.

We had the best stay of our two-month trip! Perfect location to really be immersed in the landscape, with plenty of bicycles to use for free, as well as free paddle boards along the river which was a definite highlight. We spent 3 nights here and recharging after the busy cities, and with good and reasonably priced dinner and drinks we spent lots of evenings here too! The staff are kind and welcoming, and Lucky the puppy is the cutest 💗

The rooms are a little bit small. You are a little bit in a remote area, so you should be able to ride a bike / scooter. ;)

This was the best place where we have stayed so far in Vietnam. Completely peaceful. The rooms are very clean and offer a lot of value for the price. AC, warm water, nice bed etc. But the best part is the location, it is absolutely gorgeous! The garden/pool is beautiful and relaxing and you can use bicycles and paddle boards for free. (Or rent a scooter for a cheap price) We wanted to explore but we were just hooked in the garden because it was just so relaxing. You should really stay here if you want to take a few days off the hustle and bustle in the cities and just completely relax. They also have a very diverse menu for you to enjoy on the patio where you can relax with an even greater view. We ate breakfast, lunch and diner here during our stay and all were very reasonably priced and more than delicious. The family is really, really welcoming and nice and to top it off they have a great laundry service.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights during our 1 month trip to Vietnam, where we visited Ninh Binh. We really liked it here and would definately recommend this Homestay to other travellers. The staff were lovely, they cook great food there (breakfast was free!), and it's in a gorgeous location. Awesome that we could use their bikes as well! The only thing was that it's a little bit further out of town, but that's part of what it makes it so lovely 💚

Little corner of paradise close to Trang An caves (less than 15 minutes by bicycle) and to Tam Coc (about 50 minutes by bicycle). Great setting and excellent service - we had to check out early in the morning but before we could ask, they offered to serve breakfast an hour earlier than the normal hours. It was really appreciated because we had a four hour ride to Halong Bay. Free bike and paddle boat use is great

This place is a true hidden gem!We loved absolutely everything about this place.It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood,next to a calm river and surrounded by beautiful garden. Owners are very welcoming and helpful,rooms are nice and clean.After a day of sightseeing you can just chill out in the pool or at the hammocks with view at the river. Food served in restaurant was delicious and at reasonable prices. If you need something I’m sure owners will do their best to help:) If you’re looking for a place where you can relax this is the place you want to stay.

Amazing facilities and location is beautiful! Chef Dung and Mom’s kitchen are fantastic food options close by! English is not 100% but good enough. Booked us return to Hanoi option which went smoothly. Free bikes are just okay condition. Scooter rental was convenient. Would definitely come back and stay again. Highly recommend. Peaceful and quiet. Just ask the staff for whatever you need they are always helpful and smiling. Breakfast ok.
