Our stay at Hoi an center town was really super cool! We felt like we were at home. Super center to all the places. Mr Chee took care of us really well until the check out. He guided us with the towns local foods, places to visit & everything about HOI AN! We were given a very good spacious room with all required facilities. The hosts are amazing people who go above and beyond to ensure you have the best holiday possible. The location was perfect, very short walk to main center and bars, but far enough that there was no noise from either at night. Great explanation on arrival about were restaurants are, best Banh Mis in town as well as other great locations. I can only rate this as 10 on booking but I personally would give it 15 out of 10

I loved that the accommodation was only a few streets away from the center. Within walking distance from everything but at the same time in a quiet alley. With the amount of tourists in Hoi An its nice to be able to get away from the crowd. The room is beautiful and they decorated the bed as a nice welcome. The hosts are great and helpful. They recommended me a tailor, offer many tours as well as laundry service (ready the same day). Definitely recommend!

Everything! Lee and his family/staff are all very kind. You get lot of advices about where to eat, things to do, etc.. Location is very centric. Few minutes walking and you are on the main bridge. Those few minutes are very important as the hotel area is very quiet at night. Breakfast is simple and good, freshly prepared in front of you. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it was very well maintenaned (very clean). Lee also booked a grab for us with a nice discount!

Lee and his staff are amazing. He is genuinely so caring and upon arrival sits down to help plan your stay in Hoi An and offers lots of recommendations. There’s freshly cooked breakfast each morning (several options on the menu) and there’s unlimited filtered water for guests. The shower has strong water pressure and hot water. Everything is very clean and they offer to clean your room daily. The internet is reliable, but not suitable for video calls. He also has the largest koi fish I have ever seen. The location is perfect - quiet and away from the tourist centre, but close to enough to walk.

The owner is amiable, and the homestay has a simple but tasty breakfast. It's super close to the Old Quarter. Good wifi. We took the trips from the hotel—the same price as everywhere, good organisation, on time, good communication. The kids enjoyed the pool. The owner has a giant fish tank at the entrance and treats the fish like pets :)

Bed was firm, but to be expected in Vietnam, but my partner loved it - he was comfortable.

Great location, easy walk to main attractions, but off main roads so away from noisy scooters. Very helpful, welcoming and friendly family/hosts who can help with tours and places to visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in that wonderful welcoming home stay. Every staff was so lovely and really helpful whenever we had a question. They have great recommendations for restaurants, tailor shops and tours around Hoi An. We were very sad when we were leaving. We e are definitely coming back to Hoi An and to Hoi An Center Town 💚

When we booked the room, it was written that we will have a private kitchen in our room, but that's not the case. There is a shared kitchen that we didn't use though. So just keep that in mind

Nothing at all. Just what I wanted.

Lee welcomed me and offered to carry my bag up to my room (up three flights of stairs). The accommodation was modern and clean and in a perfect location within easy walking distance to the ancient town, night markets, good tailors/leather shops etc. Lee arranged bike rental for me and the bike ride out to A Bang beach was quick and easy. Breakfast was great - recommend the banana pancakes. Lee also arranged a taxi which was slightly cheaper than the standard Grab rate. Pool was nice and refreshing too. I had an amazing time here and would come back.

The Team there is amazing! Lee did help us by organising the Tours we wanted to join - and we paid everything together at the end - wich was really helpful. We got such an amazing welcome - the stuff there do incredible cute things on the bed with towels. Lovley Breakfast - we really enjoyed our stay there! Thanks again Lee!
