Really friendly family-run place. Peaceful inside the hotel and a nice neighborhood, despite being a little way out of town. The hotel staff made beds and emptied the bins every day - very handy since we had an 18-month-old with nappies!

Was a little noisy at times with the market across the road and honking. Pretty hard to avoid for the most part in Vietnam we found. Our body clocks woke us up relatively early anyway so it wasn’t too bad. No spa as the listing said and no bar services.

The owner and staff were so lovely kind and generous. Super clean room and relaxing space. Incredible value for money. The pool is so nice and the room we stayed in looked over the pool.

The Wifi is quite weak and hard to connect, although each room have different Wifi Hub.

Good location with new and clean hotel facilities, easy to enjoy the swimming pool and open space. The Hotel also have a diverse room type for all families, group of friends and couple.

Minor point but pool is at the front of property

Whole place was designed and furnished beautifully. Room was lovely and spacious and everywhere was immaculately clean. The location is away from the old town, which we liked and chose specifically. Grabs are easy to get to go into the tourist areas when needed. Lovely restaurant called Claypot around 1km away. We also borrowed the free bicycles and had the best time cycling around the more rurual parts of Hoi An and down to the beach.

It was so easy to get around, and I didn’t have to worry about navigating an unfamiliar place on my own. What I loved most was the complimentary bicycle service. Riding through the streets of Hoi An, soaking in the local culture at my own pace, was an experience I'll always cherish. It's these thoughtful touches that make the hotel stand out. The rooms are a haven of tranquility and luxury. Immaculately clean, with modern and perfectly maintained bathrooms, my room felt like a personal retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast, a delightful spread, was the perfect start to my day. The hotel's design deserves a special mention. It's beautifully decorated, with each space showing a keen eye for detail. It felt like staying in a high-end design hotel, but with the cozy, personal touch of a boutique establishment. I genuinely recommend Hoi An Gravel Pool Villa and Spa to anyone visiting the area. There was an event for two nights held at the market place opposite, that was noisy. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault and the noise finished by 10pm

Lovely hotel, the staff are friendly. Moon is particularly helpful and kind. The rooms are fresh, with balconies and very effective air conditioning. The pool is lovely.

The host were super friendly and helpful. They organised our travel to the hotel and back to the airport and also some activites. Also they were reachable all the time and answered all our questions. The hotel and the rooms were very beautiful, and it was located in a not so busy area. Therefore it was calmer and still everything was reachable for us. We would definitely stay there again and also recommend it for anyone.

Little bit far from Old Town but wasn’t an issue for me- only a 20k grab bike away or free if you take a bike from the hotel!

Lovely place, could stay here for months! Beds comfortable and the room and common area is very peaceful. Staff were also amazing - Moon is a superstar ⭐️ she speaks great english and will help you with anything you need. Tours, taxis etc… Great value for money.

The bathroom can use a little remodeling to match how modern the hotel is but overall everything was great.

Great stay with a family run hotel. A bit away from town so if you want some quiet, peace, and a nice pool this is the spot. You can rent scooters.

Everything was beyond perfect.

This is a very beautiful cozy property. The vibe here is very positive and calm. The receptionist and the owners are very nice and humble People. They make sure you are comfortable. The interior is very well done, beds are comfortable. The central market is hardly 7-10 mins in Motorbike. Highly recommended. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Original room basic, was not as advertised.

Nice pool, quiet area, easy to get in to hoi an or across to the beach. Decent breakfast of eggs and toast. Upgraded to a great room, however the original more basic room we were put in did not look like the photos and would have been very disappointing. Great value for money

It’s a little far from the centre - 30 min walk but you can borrow bikes for free.

Wonderful pool, clean rooms, good aircon. Family run business I think - and they were extremely helpful in sorting out a taxi to the airport.

Everything! I could not recommend this property enough. After travelling Southeast Asia for a few weeks now and staying in more expensive hotels and apartments this place out does all of them. We arrived super early to the accommodation from a sleeper bus and this was no issue at all, we were let into our room with no complaints! The property is family run and we could not have felt more welcome and looked after, every staff member was so friendly and could not do enough for us. The rooms were spotless and the bed really comfortable. The value for money and the overall experience was just 10/10. We really wish we could have stayed longer :( . Amazing value for money for the services offered.

I highly recommend this villa! Staff here was so lovely and accommodating. They offer a lot of activities, help you with buses and other things! Rooms are clean and bathroom is quite big with a shower and a bath tub!! It’s 20-25 min walking to the center. So location is quite nice and quiet.

Clean, great location and amazing host. We were staying here for 1 day then extended for 2 more days. It was very good. The villa is not far from Hoi An old town and it is quiet to stay and rest with our family. They have a lovely swimming pool to use and it is quite handy after we done all activities for a whole day. The owner were very nice, helpful, friendly and they given lots of advice if you ask them. The price of the rooms were very good and very reasonable. The location is about 10 min ride on a bike to town and we loved walking too. We walked pass all the local houses and we really enjoyed it. I would definitely come back here again. You won't find the lovely host as much as them. Don't forget to ask them many advice as it is quite overwhelming outside when we walked at the tourist spots and everyone tried to ripped you off. I definitely highly recommended!
