The soaking tub in the room is very small and not what had hoped for.

Our stay was fabulous and the service excellent. Hieu, at the spa, provided a great massage and helped my back pain so much. Very grateful! The pool is so tranquil!

This is our third stay at La Siesta. Staff are delightful, very obliging and knowledgeable. The pools and gardens are fabulous. Location is spot on. The bikes are great to get into town or out to the beach. Breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommend.

The only thing that I would say could be improved is the air con. Although the aircon worked, I don’t feel the air coming out of it cools the room down enough in comparison to other hotels that we have stayed in Vietnam.

The hotel is very luxurious with a number of different pools and 2 restaurants inside. The rooms were really nice and spacious with a balcony with great views. The hotel has a spa in it which we used to have a massage which was very affordable and the therapists were brilliant! The breakfast is amazing, so much choice with both hot and cold options. We hired bikes from the hotel free of charge to ride into Hoi An, as the hotel is a bit out of the old town, so there is a 12-15 minute walk into the old town without them. Would definitely recommend trying the Red Bean restaurant attached to the hotel, the food is lovely!

One very minor criticism......poolside could be a little noisy due to young children. This is to be expected but there is a sign adjacent to the pool stating that there is a quiet time between 0600-0900. On a couple of days, families with young children were in the pool at 0700 hrs making a lot of noise. This was raised with the hotel but no action was taken.

Customer service excellent - very helpful, professional and polite. Facilities, including pools, gym and free bikes also excellent. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable.

All the rooms are beautiful however some in the club wing are painted blue on all four walls + tile floor is blue and if you are sensitive to colour like me you’ll feel like you’re in a cold blue box. This is purely personal and no criticism against the hotel. They fixed it for us and we ended up very happy with our room!

A lovely resort in a great location on the edge of Hoi An. Four swimming pools to choose from is quite a luxury. The service is top notch. We had a problem with the room we were given and the staff did their best to resolve it. The restaurant The Temple has excellent food and they went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner special. Thank you to the staff for that!

My stay at La Siesta was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, with clean and well-appointed rooms that provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the vibrant city. One staff member in particular, Toan, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. He checked in with me every day to make sure I was comfortable and even offered me a larger room to ensure my happiness. His attention to detail was evident when he made sure I had a cup of latte waiting for me every morning at breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Thanks to the wonderful staff and the inviting atmosphere of La Siesta, I felt incredibly welcomed throughout my stay and had a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds and pools. Shuttle service was handy, breakfast was good and our kid loved visiting the kids club for a couple of hours. We did a cooking class which was a highlight and the spa treatments were excellent.

The staff was outstanding. Our executive suite room with balcony was beautiful. The service is fabulous. The breakfast is wonderful. The pools are great and the spa and the spa treatments are excellent. This is my second stay here. My first stay was years ago and it’s just wonderful we were in the club wing And we each booked an executive suite and it was just heavenly in my opinion it’s the only place to stay in Hoi An

The complex is beautiful, the decor and all the different areas. All 4 pools were so nice with plenty of sunbeds. 3 of them big enough to swim full lengths. The infinity pool was a late discovery and my favourite. The free shuttle bus to the beach was great. Breakfast had so much choice. Our room had a balcony with pool view and was gorgeous. What made it so special was the staff, especially Bibi, who wanted to make sure everything was OK and even messaged us on WhatsApp to wish us well when we moved on.

Amazing hotel, staff, spa, grounds, overall experience. Did not realize the hotel had four pools. Considering that I like to walk on vacation, it is a little far from old town and not the easiest walk there due to the infrastructure, but that's easy to overlook with how great the hotel was. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay at La Siesta. Our room was super comfortable and the resort was beautiful and tranquil. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay so much easier. The location was super convenient, easy to get grabs into town or bike to the beach or nearby rice paddies. We couldn't recommend La Siesta enough!
