Rooms in block A needed sound proofing. The hotel agreed with us that this was an issues and assured us that they were going to address this.

Sometimes it was difficult to get a seat around the pool - a lot of guests put towels down but then aren’t there for hours which was a bit annoying.

This is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were able to check in early and had a personalised experience with Remy who was so helpful and welcoming. We were on our honeymoon and they made it extra special for us. The room was immaculate and so beautiful. The staff are fantastic. My husband was unwell during our stay and they took such great care of him - especially Emily who was brilliant. The restaurants and food was all delicious - great range of options at breakfast and the dinners were very memorable too. The pools are gorgeous and the activities offered at the hotel were great fun.

From hotel to the old town is 20 minutes by walk or 3-4 minutes by car. If you go by taxi ask for the help staff on receptcion, because they will get a better price.

Excellent hotel close to the old town of Hoi an. Swimming pools areas are very nice and green. Food in hotel restaurants is outstanding. Room is spacious. But the best in hotel is very helpful staff on every "corner". Staff helped us by everything what we needed, in person or via whats up. Especially thanks to Ms. Sunny.

Air con could have been stronger.

Lovely, clean hotel with amazing pools. Our room was massive, quiet and very luxurious. The hotel is a bit outside of the Old Town but we actually preferred this as it was nice to relax at the end of the day away from the hustle and bustle. They also have a shuttle service to An Bang beach which was helpful.

The soaking tub in the room is very small and not what had hoped for.

Our stay was fabulous and the service excellent. Hieu, at the spa, provided a great massage and helped my back pain so much. Very grateful! The pool is so tranquil!

This is our third stay at La Siesta. Staff are delightful, very obliging and knowledgeable. The pools and gardens are fabulous. Location is spot on. The bikes are great to get into town or out to the beach. Breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommend.

The only thing that I would say could be improved is the air con. Although the aircon worked, I don’t feel the air coming out of it cools the room down enough in comparison to other hotels that we have stayed in Vietnam.

The hotel is very luxurious with a number of different pools and 2 restaurants inside. The rooms were really nice and spacious with a balcony with great views. The hotel has a spa in it which we used to have a massage which was very affordable and the therapists were brilliant! The breakfast is amazing, so much choice with both hot and cold options. We hired bikes from the hotel free of charge to ride into Hoi An, as the hotel is a bit out of the old town, so there is a 12-15 minute walk into the old town without them. Would definitely recommend trying the Red Bean restaurant attached to the hotel, the food is lovely!

One very minor criticism......poolside could be a little noisy due to young children. This is to be expected but there is a sign adjacent to the pool stating that there is a quiet time between 0600-0900. On a couple of days, families with young children were in the pool at 0700 hrs making a lot of noise. This was raised with the hotel but no action was taken.

Customer service excellent - very helpful, professional and polite. Facilities, including pools, gym and free bikes also excellent. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable.

All the rooms are beautiful however some in the club wing are painted blue on all four walls + tile floor is blue and if you are sensitive to colour like me you’ll feel like you’re in a cold blue box. This is purely personal and no criticism against the hotel. They fixed it for us and we ended up very happy with our room!

A lovely resort in a great location on the edge of Hoi An. Four swimming pools to choose from is quite a luxury. The service is top notch. We had a problem with the room we were given and the staff did their best to resolve it. The restaurant The Temple has excellent food and they went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner special. Thank you to the staff for that!

My stay at La Siesta was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, with clean and well-appointed rooms that provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the vibrant city. One staff member in particular, Toan, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. He checked in with me every day to make sure I was comfortable and even offered me a larger room to ensure my happiness. His attention to detail was evident when he made sure I had a cup of latte waiting for me every morning at breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Thanks to the wonderful staff and the inviting atmosphere of La Siesta, I felt incredibly welcomed throughout my stay and had a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Would definitely recommend anyone thinking of staying at La Siesta, location is perfect far enough out of town to not be to busy, but conveniently located to enjoy what HoI an has to offer.
