Beautiful place with great attention to detail and excellent staff. Professional and helpful. Very clean.rooms with comfy beds and great lighting. Highly recommend the premium rooms for the added space and bathtub. The pool was a highlight and also the spa was very nice. We would definitely stay again. Nine Coffee next door was also modern with great food and coffee.

The hotel is very luxurious, in a very good location, the staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The room is very well equipped and the beds super comfortable. There is a very nice rooftop bar and swimming pool.

This hotel was probably one of my favourites during our trip in Vietnam. The location is a little outside old town,so you won't be in the massive crowds at night... but the walking distance to the centre is still quite short. The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you need help at reception or at the restaurant. Last,but not least the hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean.

Hotel seems new and rooms are very nice and spacious! Pool looked nice although we did not swim. Location is good and staff are friendly. Spa services were excellent! Tina at the spa was super helpful and we wished we had time for more spa visits- especially given the amazing promotional offer.

The staff are very attentive. However there was a lot of pressure to complete reviews. We were interrupted during breakfast multiple times. My friend did a review on Tripadvisor (we were asked to do so while eating our breakfast). She gave the restaurant 4 stars out of 5 as the pastries and doughnuts were a little stale. In her review she described the excellent choice on offer - it was a very positive review. We were then asked by two separate members of staff at different times to remove the review. It seems that the hotel staff are under a lot of pressure to have pristine 5 star reviews - to the point where it is diminishing the guest experience. The manager was very apologetic that she asked us to remove the review and actually provided our transport back to the airport free of charge. It was just disappointing that we were put in such an awkward position. If it were not for this I would recommend the hotel without hesitation. I felt sorry for the staff as my impression is that they are under pressure from the owners to have pristine reviews - it is not their fault and it takes away from their otherwise excellent customer service.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the cleanliness, facilities and rooms did not disappoint. The beds are so comfortable and the pool is gorgeous. The spa was excellent also. The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to be attentive- organising a birthday surprise for my friend and allowing us to use the spa showers after we had checked out before our flight.

The breakfast room was too crowded & noisy. The push to do reviews I do understand but they didn’t need to be pushy it was great.

The room was large, spotless, very very cool. Nice finishes. The bed was super comfy. The mini bar fridge to keep water cold, the tea & coffee making all made for a perfect stay. Staff made us restaurant bookings and got us the best table in great restaurant. Mango mango, perfect view of the lanters.

This hotel was very comfortable, elegantly designed with a great breakfast. The staff bent over backwards and made all their guests feel like VIPS! Chloe, Eric, Victor, Rachel, and Lisa (sorry if I got her name wrong) were all so friendly, accomodating and eager to please. I'm so grateful for the expeirence. They were more accomodating than some 5 star luxury hotels I've stayed in!

It was such a shame that the pool was so cold because it's so beautiful! After a few very warm days of walking around exploring, it would have been amazing to spend more time in and around the pool area but it was just a bit too fresh, even with the high temps during the day.

A stunning property. Rooms are large and spacious, very clean and a great big wardrobe to pop all of your clothes & belongings away. Super clean grounds, very friendly staff who couldn't have been any better! Breakfast was ok. Pool is absolutely beautiful however it is always in the shade so quite chilly but good for a quick dip. About a 10 min walk into the old city which is lovely to see the back streets on the way. We used the free push bikes to ride to the beach (about 20mins away from the property) which was so much fun. Rooftop bar had wonderful views and it's a shame there wasn't more people up there to give it a good vibe. A lovely spot to head to as the sun goes down before dinner.

The staff are very well trained and lots of reviews here mention them using your name - this is true and it's great customer service but I sometimes wanted to skip the conversation about my plans for the day at breakfast, or about my workout and just head up to my room without talking. The hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk into the old town which quickly put us off going into town frequently. It's not a huge problem but worth being aware of (it's very quick on a bike or scooter!). There are still a good number or restaurants (try the simple looking local place opposite the hotel, and the Korean restaurant a few minutes away) and cafes very near the hotel.

Comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Hotel felt new and well maintained. Delicious breakfast (including egg station) that I had to use a lot discipline not to gain huge amounts of weight at. I loved the free bikes - completely opened up the town and surrounding areas (eg 15 min cycle to the beach). The staff also rented us a scooter which was very new and exceptional quality (best I've ridden in Asia) for the same price as any competitors. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us (eg calling us a taxi when grab was failing us on a busy evening). Spa in the hotel was a nice touch.
