Being in the old quarter was a little loud. It makes for a great location but is somwthing to keep in mind if you want a bit more peace.

Great location so we could wapk everywhere. The staff we incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us advice and directions on places to visited, helped us chabge money, organised an airport pick up, and offered to help us buy something if we were worried about haggling. They really went beyond. The breakfast was amazing and they even made us pancakes or eggs each morning.

Fantastic well located hotel. We had a great room and breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful and helped us enjoy our stay in Hanoi. The are heaps of great little cafes and restaurants nearby and it appears to be a safe neighborhood to walk around at night. Highly recommend this hotel

Perfect location at the heart of Old Quater, close to everything. Very good rooms, super breakfast with hot meals, fruit. The best thing is the staff. Jenny, Kate and their colleagues helped us a lot and we are really grateful! Great option for Hanoi

This hotel is just amazing. It is conveniently located in the city centre, so you can easily reach all of the landmarks. The room is very clean and has everything you need for your stay in Hanoi. Also breakfasts were the best we had in Vietnam. And last but definitely not least, the staff was just incredible, especially Jenny, who really helped us with transport to our next destination. We even received a free room upgrade. We definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully come back someday.

Staff was absolutely incredible! I From the receptionist to the breakfast chef and staff in the morning, everyone was really really friendly and treated us so nicely.We had issues of WiFi in our room, I told reception and next day someone came to fix it. Some mornings I didn't get up for breakfast and they brought up some pho for me to the room.I would 100% Stay here again, location is great, rooms are lovely but the staff makes this place 10/10. Thank you all so much for making our holiday a little more special.

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. Rooms well appointed and clean, comfortable. Staff where just lovely. Staff member Jenny was so helpful even before we arrived via whatsapp. Helped make our holiday that much better, really took care of us with trips, transport, local knowlegdge etc especially when we added in trips and needed to stay another night. Safely stored our bags at no extra cost. Really friendly. Breakfast included was great too, mix of western and local dishes. Great choice of you want to be in the center of tjings in Hanoi.

Good location, you can walk to major attractions like the night Market, cathedral, Hoàn Kiếm Lake etc. Room is spacious and comfortable. Jannie gave us a warm welcome and shared a good place to try egg coffee, and provided directions to the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good- pastries, fruits and you could even select French toast, pancakes with fruits etc. Highly recommended !!!

The wifi in the room was weak. If wifi is fixed this property is perfect.

Jenny was exceptionally kind to us. When our little one was sick she constantly offered help and cooked congee for him whenever it was needed. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when going back to Hanoi because of her.
