This year is extremely hot in Ho Chi Minh. I have traveled here before but this year... its hot! I was amazed how well the AC cooled down the room. The windows are facing the sun but still, it was cool. Location is superb. You can reach all the main areas by walking. Perhaps 20-30 min walk from all main places in the centrum. Both of the administrators were very helpful and friendly. The juice / smoothie bar is a nice extra. After coming from training or from a walk, its nice to take a refreshing cold drink before relaxing. 10 points from me

Having to walk out of our room to get to bathroom / shower. We hadn't realised from booking information the bathroom was separate to our room. We were however assured by the hosts that this was our own private bathroom so not disputing that.

Nothing at all, a great stay at a good price

Overall this was a lovely stay! - The property was cleaned to a high standard - The hosts were great - The bed was one of, if not the comfiest we have stayed in while in Vietnam! The room itself felt like a bedroom at home and had a fridge and a large TV, as well as a nice sitting area. You can tell they take great pride in their property, and did anything they could to accommodate our stay. Whist the property isn’t in District 1, it was walking distance from the main attractions (or a short/cheap Grab ride away) and it has some nice restaurants, shops and takeaways nearby (and they even sell coffee/drinks too!). Our stay here was so good that we were initially going to stay for 2 nights and then 2 nights in District 1, but we extended our stay to 4 nights as it had everything we needed for our time in the city.

The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The area was very local, which we love. The owner and his friends were super nice and helpful. We shared some time talking and eating together at their coffee place, that you shouldn't miss by the way. We had a great stay and we will be back!

We are an italian couple that spent 5 days at this homestay. Our time has been absolutely perfect, top services, cordiality, facility conditions and cleaniness, super friendly staff i want to stress the cleaniness of this place absolutely top, we were provided even with toothbrush, tissues, water bottles and shampoo/ bodywash , hairdryer and towels thank you for your service we will for sure re book at this facility next time we come to ho chi minh

The WiFi wasn't very good at all. It's a little hard to find. Lots of light coming in as some windows without blinds.

Gorgeous, big, clean room, decorations are so nice. Very friendly host and good communication. The location was okay, not too far from the city. The bed was comfy and bathroom clean with plenty of hot water.

The room is stunning! It looks just like the picture and better. Wifi speed is great if you feel like chilling in the room with Netflix or Youtube. Now onto the location, it's basically right next to District 1. I love walking all the way to Mong bridge where you can just sit down and stare as the sunset envelops the city. Cross the bridge and boom, you're at District 1 with all the tourist attractions, it's really that convenient :) Oh there's also a cafe nearby called Lala coffee (if I'm not mistaken) that is suitable for working on your laptop, also next to the riverside. I think the cherry on top is the people running this homestay is terrific with their smiles and assistance and without a doubt, if you're looking for somewhere closer to the locals, this place is for you!

Everything was great. I can't complain about anything

I've been traveling in Asia for months and met dozens of good people, but I'm not sure I'll ever see such a good host again in my life. The host was always helpful, regardless of the hour, so that I could feel truly at home and comfortable. Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely come again 💯

Location is a little bit away from main attractions but not too much of a problem.

Great place for a short stay in Ho Chi Minh. Room and bathroom was really clean and the hosts are very nice.
