Hong Ngoc Dynastie was like an oasis! Tastefully decorated rooms, well-staffed, and most importantly – glorious air conditioning! The welcome fruits and complimentary cocktails didn't hurt either 😉. Location-wise, it was tucked into the Old Quarter with all its charm, but far enough from the main hubbub to get some quiet. Highly recommend if you want comfort and a touch of indulgence while exploring Hanoi!

We stayed in the spacious and tastefully decorated Opulent Dynastie Suite with Street View - a great way to soak up the atmosphere. The hotel was easily accessible, and the free Wi-Fi and parking were added bonuses. Staff was friendly and attentive, helping us arrange tours and transportation. A solid choice for combining comfort, convenience, and a taste of Hanoi's bustling Old Quarter.

This was a return trip to Hong Ngoc Dynastie Hotel after a 3 day trip to Sapa. The hotel stored our luggage for us safely and securely. The room, facilities and breakfast were all excellent once again.

There was nothing we didn’t like

The hotel was amazing. First we were staying in another hotel but we didn’t like it, so when we went back to Hanoi from Da Nang, we chose to stay in this hotel. It is amazing hotel, amazing room and amazing staff. They were all so polite, the upgraded us without requesting it and without extra charge but the thing is that they were very clean. We needed to leave very early the next day so we didn’t have time for breakfast and they prepared for us take away breakfast. Very well decent, and the hotel is spotted in the center of the Old Quarter. Is highly recommended!

The door lock broke on the first day we arrived I rented a scooter from the hotel that had many issues (horn didn't work, speed not showing, mirror not strong)

Overall it's a nice place, the room was clean and helpful staff. They offer free bike which is nice, and laundry service. We didn't use the pool but it seems really nice.

If there can be a table in every room for us to be able to do some reading will be nice. out of the 3 rooms we have, only 1 has a study table.

The location was near the night market, the shopping area (including night market) and the eating places. It's also only 40min from the airport. We had 3 rooms and the hotel was sweet to allow us to take a whole level. The breakfast was great, and the dinner we ate at the restaurant was worth going for and the price for that good quality was really reasonable. There's a rack in the toilet which was great for us hanging clothes to dry. The staff there are friendly and helpful.
